 + -1 moreSuper! The team did a great job - start to finish. The estimator (Ken) was very patient and accommodating with the various homeowners who had an interest in this project (7 total). The finished driveway is excellent and I plan to have them back to maintain it next fall.

Description of Work: Frank and Rowdie stopped in with the "typical" I am in the neighborhood and can do your driveway for a good price. When I asked, Frank measured and said $5k (I have had estimates of 6500 to 8500 before). I said that was good, just did not have the $ at the time. He said, after some calculations, $4k. I said OK. They were back with equipment in an hour, helped me prep driveway by moving planters, then leveled and paved it. Very hot day (high 90's) they were done by 4:00 pm. Whole family was there - Frank, his dad driving the dump truck and Rowdie and a helper. Nicely done, looks great a year later so far.

Description of Work: Sealcoated asphalt driveway. They were doing a neighbor's drive and offered to do our drive for a "don't tell the neighbors" price. They caught me at a weak moment as we were preparing to leave soon on a trip for a couple of weeks. I had kept putting off the sealcoating during the last year, even though it needed to be done. The salesman was a huckster, but the crew seemed to know what they were doing, checking with me on where/how I wanted the sealcoat applied. The biggest problem - the sealcoat material was terrible. A little stream was washed off in a couple of spots after a brief drizzle rain a couple days later. It's pretty much gone in small dips in the surface where small puddles linger after each rain (the drive slopes gently and generally drains very well). Over five months after it was applied, the material remains shiny compared to previous sealcoats, and a stationary power steering turn goes right through the sealcoat in warmer weather (80's). My main concern is that it may compromise future sealcoating, preventing new sealcoat from adhering to the pavement where it is not washed or worn away. The previous sealcoat gave good service over more than 5 years of usage.

 + -1 moreOur driveway is almost a half-mile long, so we paid them a pretty good sum for that. They did not finish the job. They said they were going to have good drainage and a good ditch on the side. They never did that part of the job. Nor did they come back after numerous phone calls. Now, our neighbors are angry with us because they're getting runoff on our property. We complained to the township. They responded that they have gotten numerous complaints about this company. We tried to contact them with numerous letters, emails, and phone calls. They have never responded. They said that they were going to send people back, and they never did. It didn't seem like they were trying to make any effort. The price was fine, but the job was still never completed.
