Scheduled work promptly and followed up at the worksite after completion to check if any issues. Did little "extras" on-site and offered suggestions for maintenance.

Steve Bustin and his crew did a wonderful job at replacing our enormous concrete patio. They did what they said they would do at the price they said they would charge in the time frame in which they said they would do it, and the work was excellent. Something I really liked was that Steve explained to me the importance of hydration curing and told me to Google "Concrete hydration cure", which I did. The info I got was invaluable and by following the instructions I found, I know the concrete patio will be NUMEROUS times stronger and more crack resistant than if I had simply let the patio dry. Thanks Steve for telling me about hydration curing, keep informing your customers about this! Also, Steve suggested "Acid Stain" to make the patio more aesthetically appealing and by golly, this patio is a work of art! I wish I could upload a photo here. It's colorful and glossy, and has a marbleized appearance. Good job Steve and company!

We had a wonderful experience with Bustin concrete. They did a great job on our stucco chimney and they were very prompt and easy to work with. I recommend them very highly!!

The concrete work on my driveway and walkway was first-rate. Steve was very knowledgeable and offered good ideas to prevent puddle and flooding into my garage. They paid attention to details. A few leaves fell on the driveway and left some imprints. His partner Andrew removed each leaf and patched up all the leaf marks. They also replaced some old edging brick along the walk way at no extra charge. These guys are AWESOME!!! My next door neighbor said that he's jealous of my driveway :)

Steve was great. He kept to his stated schedule. The concrete work was excellent with "old world" quality. Don't be suprised by his young age. The guy is GREAT!
