Description of Work: Arrangement was for thorough post-construction cleaning of main floor of large single family home. Services provided were more in line with standard cleaning service and did not warrant a cost which equated to approximately $40 per hour. Service provider did a thorough job cleaning floors; however, we had to point out several areas in bathrooms where cleaning was inadequate.
