+ -1 moreI found that tree service companies in my area were extremely busy. Many did not return my telephone call. Mr. Kidd returned my call and was able to complete the service within 2 to 3 days Follow up survey and estimate for fall clearance of trees: no response. Numerous voicemail messages left without response.
Description of Work: removal of a tree overhanging my driveway. Contacted to do follow up survey of trees on property during the fall of 2014. Performed survey and gave estimate.

+ -1 moreI used Angie's list to locate a tree service in my area. I called, he came and gave me an estimate and within 3 days the work was completed to my satisfaction. I was unable to stay for the entire time he was at my home. When I returned the area was clean and he called later in the afternoon to tell me what he had done and ask if the work was acceptable. Very professional. Would use again.
Description of Work: Very prefessional. I had several trees that needed trimming and they now look wonderful. I would use Mr Kidd again.

+ -1 moreHe was fantastic and less expensive than the other tree service companies I looked at. He came out and assessed the trees in about an hour and took them down. He even left them in the woods as requested. He's been outstandingly good and thorough.
Description of Work: I interviewed a couple of people I found in the yellow pages and they weren't licensed or certified arborists like he was. We had him come out to take down two trees.

+ -1 moreHe was a good guy and did a nice job. His work was well. There was a bit of a delay with him to show up – about a 4 months backlog. He took on another company's customers.
Description of Work: Cut down about 5 tree and cleared out. Didn't have the stumps removed.
