I really liked him at first due to the fact that he was very knowledgeable, but we set an appointment for which he never arrived. He didn't call until much later, and we were thoroughly disgusted by that point. He should have called ahead of time.

It went really well and he was a very nice person. He was very polite and I wouldn't be afraid to call him back or tell anyone I had a good experience with him.

My bathroom fan had stopped working and I didn't know of anyone who could repair/replace it. I found Mr. Tom Lazarz on Angie's List and contacted him and asked him if he would be interested in such a small job. He said he would. He came on Friday, January the 13th, removed the fan and took it with him. He replaced the motor and came back the same day and installed it. He was very professional and very courteous. He did an excellent job and I have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone.

.The job was performed as contracted. Outside electric service completed and updated. A 200 amp panel box installed and wiring was updated including the dryer. I now have more future capacity. Everything was done right the first time and no call backs. I would call Lararz Electric for any electrical job.

As an Architect I have never been so impressed with any contractor in my life. I'm not sure they knew I am an Architect until after they started the work. I actually feel humbled by the experience. They arrived at 7:45 am and worked until 1:30 in the morning in my basement to complete the work so I could have power as soon as possible. They did so without my asking. In fact they asked for permission to stay. I live in a rural area and they understood that I couldn't bathe or use the toilets without the pump for my well functioning. They were courteous and professional as well incredibly hard working. If this is not service beyond the call of duty I don't know what is. I would also like to commend West Penn Power for coming early in the morning to shut off the power and 10:00 at night to turn it back on. Their estimate for the work was conservative but detailed and fair. I would much prefer the work coming in a bit cheaper than expected than the other way around. Considering their commitment to service the cost was more than reasonable. They performed the work exactly as they said they would and I would describe the work as first class. I would not hesitate to recommend Lazarz Electric to anyone.
