Description of Work: John has done several projects at our home. He services our propane fired boiler. He has installed 2 dual heat pumps in our home. One in 2013 and one in 2015, converting our home from propane baseboard heat to a low cost heat pump system, saving us $400 a month in the winter and allowing us to have air conditioning in the summer without having to use ugly and inefficient window units. He also installed a ceiling fan and has done a few other general electric projects at the house (changed thermostats, switches, etc).

Description of Work: Mr. John Manglaviti was contacted via telephone on 8/31. He responded the same day. He than visited my house on 9/3/2012. During his visit he inspected and evaluated my current HVAC situation. He proved very knowledgeable and suggested a very simple and cost saving solution. I understood very well, because I am an experienced Mechanical Engineer. Mr. Manglaviti followed with a written proposal on 9/6/2012, which was signed and accepted on 9/8/2012. Mr. Manglaviti then ordered the material. Installation took place on 9/27/2012. It took only one day. Four people were working as a team for one day. Installation was neat, hidden, - wherever possible. They clean the site. And system works as a magic. Total cost: under $ 7,000.-
