Worthington Basement Health Systems

We had numerous issues with water in our basement in the 5 years we owned our home, it was not an easy fix and we received numerous ideas and quotes. The rep from Worthington came out and was amazing, did not try and up sell us, and identified and fixed every problem. Worthington was not the cheapest firm we spoke with but would you really want the guy with the lowest price for a job like this? We would recommend this company emphatically.

The equipment installed is very noisy!

Worthington reached out to me the same day, scheduled a meeting in three days. Matt was very he Paul, examined our basement and around the perimeter of the house. I need t o say they sent a thorough ebook to teach us ahead of time (excellent by the way). My home was quite healthy, lucky us, however made recommendation we can follow op on.

This company is a joke tech text twice, as it got closer to the scheduled appointment he always had an excuse why he wouldn't be here or an hour late. Very unprofessional.

The technicians were professional and helpful. They used machinery that managed to keep the dust to a minimum and cleaned up everyday before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

They only wanted to sell me a French drain and second sump pump system that did nothing to mitigate the source of water entering my basement.

Meeting with the estimator Pete M was the best thing that happened. Pete's knowledge of the industry was amazing. I am so happy I chose Worthington and will most definitely use them in the future.

The service was exemplary. The sales person was keen on education about the project and wanted us to really understand the need for the extensive work. The techs were quiet, careful clean and respectful and worked non-stop until the job was finished. Kudos!

I am so glad we made the decision to hire Worthington Basement Health Systems. Starting with Peter and his thorough explanation, he must say it a thousand times a day, but he had patience explaining our situation so that it made perfect sense. We had the pleasure of working with Corrinne in setting up the appointment, she made it seamless. And finally, what a great job Bolivio and his crew did on our basement. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. It was clear they had experience. Bolivio was very kind and we had complete confidence in him. We are so thrilled that we can now store our belongings in the basement worry free. We had many companies to choose from, and after doing a great deal of research, Worthington was clearly the best choice.
