Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $89 for Roof Maintenance Package.

Description of Work: Jim Townsley and workers power washed all exterior walls of my house, painted the stucco and brick, and painted 4 sets of shutters and the front door. They were courteous and thorough, and they cleaned and painted with two coats in two days. They cleaned up well and did a great job!

Description of Work: We asked them to patch our roof where some shingles had blown off during a snowstorm. They promptly responded to our request and had the problem fixed within a day.

Description of Work: Replaced a hail damaged roof. Contractor did the entire job in one day. Everything was coordinated. Delivery of materials, delivery of dumpster, Crew showed up and WORKED the entire day, no slack periods. Clean up was great, Even neighbors complemented on final cleanup. Recommend for roof replacements.

Description of Work: Found cause of leak through closet ceiling and fixed the problem (which has not recurred, even through windy downpours); full roof inspection revealed second problem (worn sealing around vent pipe) and that too was fixed. Aside from that, determined that roof is "in great shape". I gladly would have paid more for the repairs, but James said it was covered with the deal (professionalism and integrity!). I would not hesitate to use his services again (have already asked for a quote on another project) and will recommend him to others. |

Description of Work: James performed roof maintanence on our home and repaired minor roof leaks. Everything went well. He promptly returned calls and explained repairs needed. Would recommend him and use him again.

Description of Work: This contractor performed superior work, was highly professional, informed me of all costs before they were incurred, performed the work as promised, and cleaned up all debris. When there was an unforeseen issue, he came back and made the necessary fix. I would be happy to hire James Townsely Contracting again in the future.

Power washed the entire house, cement walkway and the driveway and painted the chimney. |In addition, I'd been having a problem with water coming in my chimney for over 3 years. I had had a chimney repair man come out on numerous occasion and paid him over quite a bit of money but he was unable to find the problem. Jim found several areas where water was coming in the chimney and repaired them. |Go figure, the roof man fixes the chimney! |My experience with Jim was great and I would definitely use him and recommend him to others.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof. I called James because we had used him before for roof work and he had done a great job. He came out within a few days, diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and fixed it. He was great.

Description of Work: Jim came initially to check my roof for any minor damage, We also had some gutters that were in need of replacement. When he was inspecting the roof, he noticed that the windows in the front that were surrounded by brick were in desperate need of calking. So in the end he calked all those windows, replaced a long gutter and replace bad rubber vent collar on roof. He was so pleasant and the work he completed was done very well, I will definitely go to him again if I need any roof repare!
