I purchased a deal for a roof maintenance package, knowing that I had several issues with my roof. James Townsley contacted me within 48 hours of purchasing the deal, and I explained the other problems I was having. He made an appointment and showed up promptly at that time. He did an inspection of the roof giving photos of the problems he found. He gave me a proposal with each item listed and priced separately. I decided to go ahead with all of the repairs -- while one was mainly cosmetic, the other three were problems that had shown as minor leaks. He returned in 5 days to do the repairs. He was able to find an exact match for my 19-year-old shingles, and I cannot tell which ones he installed to replace the missing ones. We have had a couple of heavy rains since than, and the leaks all seem to be fixed. Jim was very professional in the bidding and sales process, and with the execution of the work. He emphasized that he strives to make all of his customers happy because he hopes it will lead to more business down the road. He told me that my roof is in very good condition, and I felt he was very honest in his assessment of the work that needed to be done. I will definitely call him if I have any more problems with my roof.

I purchased an offer to perform maintenance on the roof. James responded immediately, asked me questions about the roof and scheduled an appointment. He arrived when scheduled and explained the services I had purchased. He explained he would do the work and inspect the roof, indicating that if additional work was needed he would discuss it with me. He found some minor issues, took pictures of the problem areas and showed them to us. He recommended one needed repair, not covered in the offer, and suggested another, although he indicated that we could probably wait a year or two before it had to be addressed. We opted to make the repair. We found James to be very professional, friendly and eager to explain what needed to be done. We would definitely contact him again if we need work that he does.

Mr. Townsley came out to my home he was prompt he gave me an estimate to repair my roof the estimate seems very fair in compairson to others I have received . He took his time when looking the roof over a am very sure he missed nothing . I am very impressed with this young man

Mr Townsley and his crew were exceptional. the work was outstanding with attention to details a priority. The work areas were always cleaned and things put back in their place at the end of each and every day. the job was completeed in a timely manner and on budget. Mr Townsley was always available to answer questions and has followed up to ensure satisfaction. you could not fins a better painter or businessman in the area.

THE ROOF NEEDED MORE WORK THAN ANTICIPATED SINCE SEVERAL OF THE PLYWOOD PANELS WERE ROTTED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE WORKMEN ARRIVED AT APPROXIMATELY 8:00 AM AND LEFT AT AROUND 7:00 PM. THE JOB TOOK 3 FULL DAYS TO COMPLETE BECAUSE OF THE ADDITIONAL WORK NEEDED. THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB AND EXCEPTIONAL CLEAN-UP. THE ROOF LOOKS FANTASTIC AND I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM. JIM WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH - VERY EASY GOING AND WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TOOK TO SEE THAT THE JOB WAS DONE. I HAVE A LARGE ROOF AND IT WAS NOT AN EASY JOB. THE WORKMEN WERE VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

Mr. Townsley and his team did a lot of work for us. They did come back to check our gutters and make sure it was right. They were very good work. They were very nice. I would rate them excellent overall. I would definitely use in future.

Extremely pleased. Needed work done quickly so that our house could be put on the market. Mr. Townsley left a job (w/ client's permission) to complete my work within three days. It would have been finished quicker if not for the rain. Very easy to talk to. Work was professionally done by Mr. Townsley and two associates. Paint was kept to areas painted and none touched the surrounding areas. Replaced rotted trim at no extra cost. When I asked for areas to receive additional paint because it was not done to my satisfaction, the work was done without complaint. Price was slightly higher than three other estimates I received (by $30), but it was worth it for how quickly he did the work. Others could not do the job for another 2-4 weeks. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
