I called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application. Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough.

IT WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS, THIS WAS THE 4TH TIME USING THEM FOR ALL MY DRIVEWAY NEEDS.

Our request to have a new concrete pad installed seemed to be going fine. Their specification of fill, re-bar and thickness of concrete matched my research. Add the communication of delays due to rainy weather etc. was good. The project started to go sideways the day of the pour following the excavation, for some reason (Driveway Lady (DL) blamed the concrete truck) the exposed aggregate stone surface in several places was not level and the aggregate had been washed away. I don't know if too much hardening retardant was used or too much washing occurred or it was the rate of pour as DL suggested. The end result was a significantly blemished surface. The next day the crew (showed up unannounced) and at the direction of DL decided to repair the blemished / sunken areas by capturing excess aggregate and using epoxy to adhere/glue these to the concrete surface. This resulted in a molted surface of dark areas where the stone had been epoxied and light areas which had not been treated. DL discussed this and said that while it need to be sealed now because of the epoxy patches, they would now epoxy coat the entire surface to correct the discoloration. After nearly two month of getting delayed for "their other work" and tying to "find" the epoxy materials, DL final scheduled a Saturday to get this done. Unfortunately, while improving the situation the coating that was applied was too thin to adequately blend the previously dark areas. DL agreed that a second coat was needed, but again they would need to "find" more of the epoxy material. Again, months have passed with numerous attempts to get this final work scheduled and this project finished. They were still trying to find the materials. Finally I offered to buy the materials to get this finished... DL has not respond. In one of our interaction, I said out of frustration ... please don't make me regret having paid DL in Full... I regret having trusted them and to correct the problem and to make it right !

Response was prompt, came as scheduled. Our driveway is in bad shape but we weren’t ready to replace. Jean and her helper did a great job sealing and filling in the cracks. (We’re aware this is a temporary fix as they’ll return). Looks great considering the condition it was in. The work was meticulously done. Not splatters, stains anywhere. Sidewalk and garage doors perfectly clean. Would definitely hire again.

Quick response time after contacted through Angie's list. The settling repair was done adequately, although they damaged my neighbor's driveway and also left trash behind. The seal coating job was poor. Gaps that were supposed to be sealed weren't. The area that was repaired was not sealed. The driveway looks like an unsightly patchwork at this point. I contacted them at least a dozen times and email communication from Jean was always friendly to rectify the situation. She promised many times to come back and complete the sealing job. But in the end, the promises never materialized and I have grown tired of badgering them. I cannot recommend them.

Very good. I was very impressed that Jean sent me a Google maps image of my driveway with the area calculated out and priced based on the square footage. And she was very prompt in responding and scheduling. Overall, extremely professional and good quality work was done as well. I will absolutely use her again.

I was highly disappointed in "The Driveway Lady". They were so sloppy. They got splatter all over the sidewalk, got tar on the garage door molding, faux stone, and slopped up the edges on the grass real good too. It was a total rush-job to cram as many into a day as possible. Even the driveway was "goopy". I got home (thankfully) shortly after they completed. I called, and to their credit they did come back, and smoothed out my driveway. They "attempted" to remove the splatter from the sidewalk, but shortly gave up with nothing more than a shrug and a brief apology. I will not be using them again.

I used them 3 times, and I can say I was really pleased on how they operated, everything went as planned, they showed up when they said they would and did what I asked. Great experience and would refer and use again, thanks Driveway LADY!

This is the third time I have used The Driveway Lady, aka, Jean. I found Jean on Angie's List and used her because her reviews were so great. I also checked her out on her website, [*** Link removed ***] It's a very comprehensive website with lots of information including a video of when The Driveway Lady was on NBC 10 News with Lori Delgado. My experience with The Driveway Lady has always been fantastic. She is very responsive and does a great job. My driveway is lined with pavers on both sides, and The Driveway Lady never gets any material on the pavers. My wife and I have always been happy with her workmanship and her price. You owe it to yourself to get a bid from The Driveway Lady.

The driveway lady provided excellent customer service. She answered my first voicemail at the end of business the day I left it. I was scheduled for work within a few days. I was very impressed with the work quality, the time it took to complete the work, and how helpful she was in answering questions about other work we need to have done around the property. Our neighbor was so impressed that they hired her on the spot and she was able to complete their work the same day. I wish I had more asphalt that needed work because she is A+ in my book. I took the photograph from upstairs in my house and it shows my driveway and my neighbors driveway.

Good work considering all work was done after hours some in darkness with only the parking lots lighting. 82,000 Sq Ft sealcoating and restrip lines.

It went very well. We had difficulty due to the weather, but we kept in contact all the time and it was done as soon as the weather allowed it.

They were good . However communication was rather poor as they did not call me for weeks after telling ,me that someone will call to schedule it . it was only after I cal;led her did she inform me that I had to call a George to schedule it . No time before I was informed of that. As a result there was a significant delay in the project !

Working with Jean (The Driveway Lady) and her husband George was a great experience. They were very caring and patient with all of my questions and managed the multiple permits required by my township. There was always one of them on the job to supervise and they left the property spotless. The driveway looks great. As I said, there was a good deal of grading to be done, but now I can turn around in my driveway and not back out into a very crowded cul de sac. I would definitely use them again and am happy with the work.

The Driveway Lady is terrific! She is so reliable. She does what she says she is going to do, when she says she'll do it, and keeps you informed of the progress. The work is great, and her prices are as well.

Jean came out promptly and provided an estimate along with a long term recommendation. The weather caused a few hiccups in scheduling but work was done well within the timeframe that I expected. Work met my expectations, looks great, very professional and I have already recommended her to my neighbors.

It was a beautiful job. She had some difficulty with her machinery on the first day, but she got it repaired and came back early the next day to do the job. She was very responsive, and when I told her we needed it done ASAP, she was happy to oblige.
