The Driveway Lady LLC

No communication and feedback regarding the requested work. I have no idea if the site visit has occurred. I requested this information on the 24th of June. It's now July 12 and I have heard nothing.

Their customer service has been top-notch. They responded quickly, they gave me all the information I needed, I did not have to repeat myself 8 times and the price was fair.

They use good coating material.The main surfaces were done well, the corners, along the garages and along the vegetation not so well.

It went very well. They did a neat job. They were very fast in the course of just two days and they did what they were going to do, what they said they would do we agreed. They were very flexible with us about the design. They even add addition blocks at no cost and painted our concrete step down on the front door.

They were supposed to give driveway a new coating and fill minor defects. She asked for another $150.00 if I wanted the cracks and gaps filled. Like a weenie I complied (and later felt ripped off. At the end the cracks were still there and the job was mediocre at best. I waited this long because I don't any backlash by the provider for this honest review.

There were no troubles with scheduling. I felt that the job was not that thorough. They spent only about ten minutes on the work. There were some actual holes that needed to be filled in. Instead of filling them in, they only put a really light coat on top of the driveway and then left. Usually, driveway sealers fill in the holes before completing the sealcoating.

I guess I was not really impressed with her business. The original deal was for $149 and I expected some additional charge, but my total charge was $500. They sprayed the asphalt but did not seal a lot of the cracks and some of the cracks that they did put like asphalt in were poorly done. It quickly washed away. The appearance looks not as professional as I would ever expect. There were some oversprays onto a thin wall which I was not happy about. It was okay, but I would not use her again. I would have rather paid a little bit more for a better job even at $500. I originally decided to go with them at first because I knew we needed a coat on our driveway and I just wanted to get it done in the spring. I was sort of expecting it to be more of the squeegee- type, the typical type of job. I guess I did not do a lot of research into different options. I just wanted to get it done. At that time, she was offering a deal and I just fixed it.

They did a good job, except she was a day late due to overbooking and she said it would dry in one day and it took three days

After contacting this company for an estimate to have a new driveway put in on 5/17/14, I did not get a response until 5/22/14. I gave the contractor the information they requested and did not here from them again until 6/3/14. This was a strange contact because the contractor reported to me that they could not find MORTON, PA. and according to their reviews they performed at least 12 jobs within a 5 mile radius of my home! I have not heard back from the contractor since I suggested they use this new thing on the internet called MAPQUEST to help in the future when unable to locate a city, town, or street address!!

Overall, the Seal Coating of the Driveway went well. That being stated, the owner rescheduled my job three times. In the end, the Seal Coating of the Driveway was done properly. However, there was a total lack of respect for my time. I doubt that I will use them again.

Was scheduled for a driveway seal with date confirmed by email never showed and never contacted me with reason. I waited at home all day for nothing.

Service Provider (SP) responded promptly, honestly,and professionally to several emails. Unfortunately, the SP could not perform the job for 7 weeks - Emailed on April 23 to schedule job but SP could not perform task until June 11. I was putting my home up for sale before this timeframe and thus we could not do business. Can't fault the SP for having a full schedule.

I gave 3 possible dates for service, but they could not come until April. Service was scheduled twice and they did not show either time. I took off time from work and they did not show up at all or even call to give a reason for not showing.

First class company. We initially received a free estimate based on the work we wanted done on the driveway. Their price was right in the ballpark with other estimates. However, what sold us on the The Driveway Lady was the confidence and knowledge exhibited. Every question was answered expertly and every challenge we presented was mitigated. They offered great suggestions to make the project not only eye appealing, but cost effective as well. We had two visits by the owner to make sure the job was going well and that we were satisfied. Strongly recommend The Driveway Lady, LLC to anyone needing driveway repair and resurfacing and/or concrete work.

The price $149 was atractve but when calclating the total cost over $1000 sq ft it was too high.

Contacted provider via email requesting quote. Included my contact information on 4/14/2014. As of today, 4/18/2014 no response..

Called back but didn't seem to want to come out for an estimate

Jean was punctual and provided a good service. I only wish I would have known that my driveway was larger than the Big Deal covered. I ended up paying $167 more than expected.

The work was never performed despite multiple attempts to contact the provider.

They did a good job and they were very professional but I would say their price is a little expensive.

Overpriced....if You're going to put a "deal" on the "The big deal" on Angie's List then it should be a "great deal", not some BS to get you to my house to charge me your full price (which is double the normal price).

Bought a deal on Angie's list. She has done my parents driveway a couple times so I knew the quality if work and reputation. Paid extra for the extra square footing and very reasonable in price to fill big cracks. Driveway looks great and already have lots if compliments!

The additional cost was more than I wanted to spend - more than twice the amount of the deal.
