Horrible service. I hired them to seal my driveway. The provider, who dressed up in a ridiculous outfit, sprayed some form of paint on my driveway. It cracked within a month. In addition, they applied small granules in open cracks instead of applying a cold patch. The granules stuck to bottom of our shoes two weeks after their application. Avoid at all costs.

I got saw her on the NBC news, and decided to use this company. This was my first time using them. If I call and they don't answer, they call back right away. I gave them a deposit, and they told me that they would be back the next day. They showed up on time. It took about 4 people to do the job, and they had the right machinery to complete the work. It only took one day to finish the work. The estimate/price for the job was fair. Our driveway is fairly large, and they replaced about 75% of it. When they left, everything was clean. They did a great job. From what I saw, they are nice people/very reliable. They said if I had any problems, to call them and they could come back.

The provider did a good job, they were very vast and they were also clean.

Service Provider doesnt have that greatest reviews, so i decided to not go with this company. Also, this service provider's responsiveness was not the greatest as far as communication.

Jeanne and her crew did my driveway Fall 2013 and I was so impressed I called her back this year when it came time to refresh it before a family event. They edged, cleaned, de-weeded the cracks and cleared the drive prior to starting. It was a breezy day and even though leaves kept falling while they were working Jeanne was meticulous. I HIGHLY recommend the Driveway Lady. She is so nice, reasonably priced and very conscientious!

I spoke with her in December 2013 and she said she would come in March of 2014 but she didn't come. She said she'll be coming in April, May, June, July, then after July she said I am too far from the location so I'm not going to come. So she kind of had me wait for 8 months and after that without even saying sorry, she said she was too far and she wasn't going to come. She checked my home on the internet and said I had a little bigger driveway so she asked for another 50 dollars. From professional and promptness aspect, she definitely deserves the worst I would say.

We are very pleased, on time, applied as promised and cleaned up when they left.

All of the communication was done by email. As soon as I received my voucher from LivingSocial, I was instructed to send an email containing specific contact information, and that an appointment would be scheduled. The messages from The Driveway Lady were terse and unfriendly. I was informed that "[my] appointment was scheduled for August 22." End of message. Well, I responded with some questions, like: could you provide a time window when you might arrive (so that I might plan my day)? Could you provide a phone number in case of an emergency and I need to cancel the appointment? The response was, "We do not provide time windows or phone numbers." When August 22 came around, and half the day had passed, my husband -- who stayed home from work to oversee the project -- sent an email query...when might we expect you? We received a response right away: "I was just getting ready to send a message cancelling all of today's appointments because of rain. Your appointment has been rescheduled for the 28th." Here we go again. On the 28th, two men in a truck showed up. They did not sweep any of the debris off of our driveway or do the edging along the sides of the driveway as promised. None of the cracks large or small were filled. They brushed a thin coating of black goop from the top to the bottom of the drive, hopped back in the truck and drove off...all in about 15 minutes. The whole experience was just terrible. No customer service whatsoever and seemingly no interest in doing quality work.

The service went great. She did an awesome job and was very professional. I am planning on using the company again. She was very honest and gave me a great quote and stuck to the quote. The driveway still looks good to this day. I had little bit of a hard time getting her to come out as scheduled.

they did not fill in any cracks in the driveway. Only seal coated. When I asked them about that, they said filling cracks was not in the cost that I purchased. Disappointing.

I knew that my driveway was 1250 square feet as I had it repaved two years earlier. The Driveway Lady showed up at my home unannounced three days before my scheduled appointment. I was not at home so she called me on my cell phone to inform me that my driveway was over 1600 sqaure feet and I would have to pay the difference which more than doubled my cost. When I explained that my driveway was only 1250 square feet she argued with me and told me if I didn't pay the difference they would complete 1000 square feet and I could see how that looked. She then showed up after I got home and remeasured the driveway while I observed and got an attitude when she realized that I was correct. I would not allow her to complete the work after seeing her business practices. If you consider using her services make sure you do your own measuremenst in advance.

George did a greate job with the stone-bed so we hired him to do more work and things went downhill from there. He reduces the price and lots of promises so you think you are getting a great deal.. He also had someone give him a great reference for his work..I don't know how. (Angie's list did not exist at the time) · He promised to install extension to the swiming pool deck in our yard. He was supposed install the rheabars and and never did. · The concrete extension is so bad and uneven the water puddles and there are cracks were the extension was added. Do not trust him, if he says he can do the concrete work. · He does not know how to do the Miracoate either, so do not get fooled by that. He sprayed areas that were not supposed to be covered and we had to repaint over those. · He brock our wooden swing and wheel barrow (we did not know about this till he was paid). · He left blocks of solid concrete in the bush in our yard. We have a large yard so did not know about those as well till we came across those. · When we noticed that he did not know how to do the concrete work and questioned him about it, he yelled and screamed and threatened to leave without finishing the work. · He also broke the railing to our lower deck. · We had asked him to fix the driveway that was collecting water, he took out patches from the driveway and made the situation worse than what it was. · He had messed the driveway with his equipment and we asked him to fix it he left witout fixing it. His wife made him come back and fix it. She is very professional!!

They're great. They do a good job. We recently had new pavers put in along our driveway and they were careful not to get the sealer on them.
