This company does the job the old fashion way. Right the first time. Fixed cracks and the coating was applied by hand with brushs. Cleaned well before coating. No shortcuts. Second time in 3 years.

The coordination between the Driveway Lady and her partner/husband was not good. It felt like she was making promises and he was trying to cut corners. He tried to skimp on landscape fabric and on rolling (compacting) the stone until I insisted otherwise. I discovered after they left that his men had dumped about a ton of our old gravel base in the arborvitae bushes that line the far end of our long driveway. They also spread the stone unevenly, so that now, just a month later, weeds are coming up in some spots. While I personally like these people, I would not recommend them.

The Driveway Lady was very responsive. They were respectful and professional. They cleaned off the driveway and resealed it, buying us another year before we need to replace it. Their price through an Angie's List deal was very reasonable. They were careful with the surrounding areas, getting no tar on the house or concrete step. There was minimal overspray on the adjacent vegetation, which I think is unavoidable for a thorough job.

Even though no services were provided due to not having many options for a concrete driveway other than replacing it, Jean was very honest and I appreciated her expert opinion. She was very responsive through the process. When we do decide to replace the entire driveway, I will hire Jean!

They took my initial deposit & were supposed to call me with a date & time for the job to be done A mth passed by & I had not heard from them & when I called them they indicated that I was supposed to talk to some one else in their team to set up -which I had not been informed of ! Would have been nice if they let me know that in the 1st place They also Cancelled my paver job as they said that their labor was deported to Mexico . When questioned that it was mainly in Texas & California that the deportation had started , they did not have an answer . I think they had underestimated the job & did not want to do it

It worked out fine. She came when she said she was coming. She was responsive. It looks good, fine. She couldn't come the first day that we had set because it rained, but we set another day and she came then. Price, I have no comparison.

I have been using them for the past 15 years and it has been excellent every time. They have redone my whole driveway. Tore it up for about $3000.00 and it has been wonderful. We have a large driveway. We will be using her again in about three weeks.

Resurfaced black top driveway but missed spots and applied so thin that other areas wore off within a year. They offered to come back out over the phone but never did.

We recently purchased our home and the driveway had not been taken care of for many years. We called the driveway lady and had her come out to repair and coat our 3,000 square foot asphalt driveway. She was amazing, arrived on time and completely went over the job in detail before she even started the work. She took the time to prep all areas and repaired those areas that could cause problems in the future. She was very professional, courteous, and really went above and beyond for us. We are overjoyed with the end result. It looks like a brand-new driveway and I know our home value increased.
