Description of Work: I purchased a deal to coat my driveway for $149. The owner's daughter arrived (April 13th) with another person. I had cracks in my driveway, and she said that she could fill them for an additional $100. I agreed and paid her for it. However, the next day, when I was able to get close enough to the work to see what they had actually done, I saw that the cracks had not been filled--at all. They had just coated over everything, and the coating ran down into the ground through the cracks. I contacted Jean, the owner (and sent her pictures) and she promised to return to look at it. It didn't happen, so I contacted her again on May 5th. She said that all the rain was causing a backlog in her work, but that she would come by soon. That was 6 weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. There are now weeds sprouting up through the cracks that they were supposed to have filled. I feel that I have been taken for $100.

Description of Work: Was an Angie's Big Deal. For the price, a good deal. Initial communication had to be initiated by me; however, I believe that it was because of a glitch in the Angie's List email (as claimed by the provider). After that, they were easy to deal with. As I was in no rush for the service (it was still winter), it took almost 3 months to get to me (no problem at all by me), but was completed in hours. 4 days later, it seems to be a good job (and looks 100% better). I guess I'll know more in a year...

Description of Work: It took almost a month and a half to have the first appointment then came the day they called after 5:00pm and said it was going to rain and they weren't coming out and I needed to reschedule. I did reschedule for June 1st 2014. They called that day at 5:45pm and said they ran out of materials to do the job I needed to call to once again reschedule. Not sure if I want to do this or try to get my money back. :(
