Description of Work: I got a verbal quote and the provider said they would come out to fill out a contract to proceed with the work Saturday between 3-4. I got a call around 11 on Saturday asking to come earlier, which I couldn't do because I wasn't home. We decided to reschedule for Sunday between 4-5 and no one ever showed up. If I am having this many problems now, I can't risk doing work with them.

Description of Work: They gave an estimate to reseal a driveway. I did ask about doing stamped concrete work and she told me it would be more expensive and would not hold up as good.

From what I understand, she has a good reputation. She was a little later for our appointment than she said she would be; but called to alert me she would be late. Her communication was clear and she was professional and honest.

I was happy to let her do the work which I would otherwise do myself. They did a good job and it was very quick and of a good quality. She was very professional. She returned phone calls and emails promptly and I thought she was a good communicator.
Description of Work: The Driveway Lady sealed our driveway and did a little bit of repair work where the edges had crumbled.
