The driveway looks good for being 28 years old with a fresh coat of tar. They did a great job and I would do business with them again.

Work was done quickly and professionally. She came out for the estimate and cautioned me that due to the condition of my driveway sealing it might only get me through another year. She walked me through what needed to be done and explained how the process would work. I purchased the deal from Angie's list but my driveway was twice the size she agreed to do the additional square footage at the discounted price listed on the deal. Work was high quality and she was very efficient. We had a very good experience and will use her again when we repave the driveway.

The Driveway Lady called to make an appointment within a week of purchasing the big deal. She was able to come approximately 3 weeks after the purchase. Her crew was here on time, cleared the driveway of leaves & debris, applied the sealer and were gone. Other than a small rut from the truck on the yard, they were neat and efficient. We appreciated a job well done.

Did a good job although in the big deal description it mentioned that driveway cracks would be filled. She wouldn't fill a crack along the bottom of the driveway without an extra charge of $50.

She never called to schedule the appoinmtnet. Send me 1 email letting me know she would call, but she never did. I had to call and email her several times. They were supposed so come out one afternoon and did not show up. Came the next day around 6:30pm1 coat of sealant (maybe I missed the fine print in the deal).

They showed up today and did a really good job. I would use them again.

The coating job was done well but after taking a closer look, it appeared she had just filled in a few areas. I feel I was slightly overcharged.

The Driveway Lady called me the same day I ordered the seal coating, and came by the next day to check the driveway. She notice the water seeping from the street end of the driveway, and suggested hot tar sealing it for an additional $90, which I did. Due to weather, we rescheduled a couple of times, and it was good to see her obvious concern about it. They did a precise, quality coating of the drive and sealing of the end. Very pleasant, professional crew. I highly recommend them.

The DrivewayLady and her crew arrived at a mutually convenient time. They proceeded to clean the driveway. After inspecting it, I was told that the driveway had a lot of cracks (which it does) and that it probably should be replaced in the future. The company does do driveway replacements. She told me that they would mix the coating with a bit of sand, and fill in the cracks as best they could, and that the "fix" should be good for 2 years. The team was professional, and courteous. I would bring them back.

This was a big deal purchase for a cost of $137.00. It was my understanding that the provider of the service would get back to us within 3 days to let us know which requested date would be honored. After the 3rd day, I called and left a message. I was able to speak to the lady who runs the business. I immediately detected that the response to the offer must have been overwhelming and although my driveway was in her 50 mile radius, we weren't going to get this done as soon as I had hoped. There were at least two more exchanges of phone calls over a two week period. Based on one conversation, it was my understanding that someone would come out before the work was done to tell me before they got there if there would be any additional expense. It really didn't work that way, they came out on the 25th to do the work and at that time, they looked at the cracks in the asphalt and told my husband that they really should be repaired and the cost was another $100 on the spot. I guess he could have said no thanks, but it would have been less of an on the spot surprise if we had been informed even 24 hours ahead of time that this would cost more. Overall, the quality of the work rates an A. The professionalism on the phone was good. I was somewhat disappointed that my identified date choices could not be met and the statement that someone would contact me within 3 days of purchase of the offer did not happen. Would I use them again? Maybe. I'm still not sure how much the big deal saved us after paying the additional $100.

Provider was to contact me within three business days. That did not occur. I had to contact her. Provider said she needed several weeks before she could complete the job because she was backed up with other scheduled jobs. Provider kept asking me where I got her name, and then what price Angie's List had posted. Provider advised I did not have to be at home when she finally scheduled the job which was approximately two weeks after I had made initial contact with her. The time frame was not an issue. I was not home when the job was completed. I wish I had been. My driveway looks great, BUT I have footprints on my sidewalk; and my neighbor's lawn and my lawn (bordering the driveway) have asphault all over from being walked on by the provider's workers. Also, I had to pick up the discarded caps of the workers water bottles thrown on my neighbor's lawn and my lawn. Sloppy.

very good, they wanted a little too much to repair several minor cracks, which would cost me approx 10.00 to do...they wanted 75.00...I did not have them do any additional work. Overall, very good, I'll use them again,and will refer them to friends..

Jean responded promptly to my email inquiry, and was at my house the next day to provide an estimate. She showed up the following day, on time, and set to work with her assistant. Within 1-2 hours, they had cleaned, patched, and sealed the driveway. Because they use a water-based sealant, the driveway was ready for use within 24 hours, and I have a one-year guarantee on the work and materials. The results look very good, and the price is highly competitive.

Jean and her 2 helpers where friendly and efficient, they repaired some minor cracks and neatly applied the sealant to a little over 2,000 SF of driveway. I will use her again.

Jean the Driveway Lady was running a special and since she had gotten decent ratings before I just signed up for the deal online through Angie's List (very convenient). Jean contacted me the next day and we set up the job for the following week. We had to postpone a few days due to bad weather but they showed up as promised. I liked the fact that they did the job by hand (it is a small parking area) and did a nice thick coat. This was the first coating I had done since the area was paved 5 years ago. She said it would need a decent amount the first time but future coatings would be less now that it has a good seal. They were neat, clean and fast. The coating came out very smooth and even after it dried. I've done this task myself in year's past and it's h****** an old man's back ; well worth they money and a lot cheaper than a doctor!

I missed the calls to do the job came home one day & it was complete. Bought coupon & job was complete in less then a week. I would recommend to anyone. Fast service & the job was done right. Couldn't ask for more.

The contractor never showed up on the set date and never called. My wife waited all day for service and never got a call. She called them up at 11:00 am and left message. Still no one called back to give her a reason for the no show. We know things happen in business but this company should have the courtesy to call us so we are not sitting around all waiting for the agreed appointment. I have canceled the service and don't want to deal with company again. I will get my refund.

I have used Jean/Driveway Lady 3 times over the past 10 years--I get this done every other year. I've alternated between her and a few other services, partly because I tend to misplace phone numbers, so I call whoever has most recently left a flyer; but also partly because she's more expensive than some, and the cheaper people did just as good a job. But those others were just not reliable; they wouldn't return my calls or don't show up, one company started to do the job and then called me to say they wouldn't do it after all because the driveway was too steep! (They could see how steep it was when they gave the estimate, and other companies, including Driveway Lady, have done it. So that just seemed silly.) But I found Jean's number on Angie's list so I tried her again; it cost me about $150 more than the "too steep" guys, but she called me right back when I called, she got the job done within a few days and it was perfectly fine. Besides, you gotta love her company's name.

They were fast and efficient. They came when they were supposed to come.
