Driveway Lady was not able to provide the service as they do not work in NJ. She was very prompt and courteous in her responses.

No service provided. Company did not bother to contact me

She was on time, pleasant to talk to and did great job. Neighbors thought I had a new driveway. It seems to have held up really well this past winter with all the ice and snow.

It went great. We set it up via email and one day I came home from work to a sealed driveway. No muss, no fuss.

The technician was wonderful to work with! I plan on using her again in the future.

She verified with us that our driveway was eligible for the service price she was offering. Once verified, she scheduled and completed the work promptly and efficiently. Love it.

It went fine. I liked how quick they got the driveway done. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

Price issue was that my driveway was small and could have qualified for an earlier $89 big deal. Advice to others--measure your driveway before buying the big deal. Ceane

Good job clearing grass away from the verges and sealing the driveway. Good job keeping overspray off places it should not be. Very responsive to telephone and emails.

It was good, but it was hard, like, trying to communicate with her, and trying to schedule - like there was a lot of rainy days and then like she'd reschedule or call me several times to say things. I think the communication lacked a little bit. Trying to get a hold of them was difficult. We were thinking of cancelling it after the last time she didn't come, but she ended up coming, so we probably wouldn't use her again.

I was disappointed with the amount of overspray onto the house, gutter, and hose station. I thought time would have been taken to be more careful. Now I know that I needed to cover everything myself.

The quoted $139 price was a come-on; our driveway is perhaps slightly longer than average, and she charged an additional $180 for a total of $319.00. The last time I had it done the cost was $250, so this was hardly a bargain. The work was okay, but there were a few spots that should have gotten a little more attention. The Driveway Lady is quite a character, though; not too many driveway contractors show up in high heals.

They black topped the driveway and sealed the cracks. Once they got here is was OK but the first scheduled appointment they never showed as scheduled so I had to call them after waiting the whole day. They said the equipment broke but they never called to let me know, I had to call them. (Not very professional) We rescheduled. Then they called and changed that appointment. We rescheduled again they finally did show and on time.

She called 30 minutes prior to showing up. She was pleasant and since I already cleaned the driveway she did not charge me extra for filling in a large crack. I bought the 139.00 deal for a 1000 foot driveway but had to pay extra since our driveway was 1600 feet. Very happy with the job and the overall expierence. I will use her again.

Service was exactly as hoped. Easily scheduled, professional job, fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone.

The Driveway Lady is just that. She was a little rough around the edges, but after working out the details, her price was fair and the work was really well done. We would definitely use her again and recommend her if asked for a paving company

Didn't show up for first appointment...was overbooked. Was late for 2nd appointment. Quality of seal very poor..very thin coat. Cracks all over it. Did not edge grass. Crack fills not level.

The contractor was not responsive. I had to call multiple times. I prepaid $85 of the total charges. The day the driveway was finally scheduled to be sealed, I confirmed with the owner live on the phone at 7:45AM, that they would be onsite that day to seal the driveway. I agreed to leave my garage doors partially up so not to get any residual coating on the bottom when they sprayed. When I arrived home at 6SPM. They did not come yet! I phone the contractor and was quite angry because another promise (a series of phone calls was not returned leading up to this day) was broken. I had to leave for my son's football game. It was going to be dark at 7PM or so that night... she got the job done between 6PM and dark. When I arrived home at 10PM the job was done. The quality of the work was good! The contractor had no issues calling me for the payment that I owed her because the driveway was bigger than the 600ft. the $85 offer called for. She arrived promptly at 11AM on Sunday morning to pick up the check! My only criticism is that she didn't return calls, she made numerous promises for callbacks and commitments to seal the driveway she didn't keep and that's important to me, a new customer. I will not use this contractor again. Nor will I recommend her service.
