I typically only write reviews if I have an extremely negative or positive experience with the company or service provided. My fiance and I were referred to the Chris and Caleb team through a friend after our first meeting with Chris, we knew that this was who we wanted to purchase our first home from. Chris is very personable and down to earth and guided us through the entire process. I felt as though he had our best interest in mind during our home search. We also got to know several other members of his team the process. Ashley showed us a ton of homes and ALL the times were convenient to OUR schedule. She is very patient :) After we made an offer, we started communicating with Becca on a regular basis. Becca is the transaction manager and we could always count on a reply from her even if it was a Sunday afternoon, or even New Years Eve! The entire office staff is helpful and pleasant and you will be treated with respect and integrity no matter what your budget is. I have recommended this team since we started working with them and I will continue to do so

The Chris and Caleb team were great. They got my house sold and a new one purchased with no problems. When I needed resolution on a problem or had a question, regardless of the day, they always answered me quickly - and even on a weekends or late at night. Really good team and I will use them again.

We cannot thank Chris and his team enough for making our home-buying process smooth and easy. While searching for our home in the Chester County area they went above and beyond, walking along side us every step of the way. Derek was always ready and excited to show us houses, and the entire team was very friendly and caring. Brian, their mortgage guy, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with answering all our many questions. They made, what I thought would be a long and tiresome process, an enjoyable experience. We managed to find a home that fit us and we appreciate it so much every day we come home.

My wife and I recently used the Chris and Caleb team to sell our home and purchase a new one. They sold our old home within 6 days and work non-stop to find us the perfect house in the short amount of time we had before settlement of the old home. They, and their team, were there to answer any question and address any concerns we had in the transaction of both properties. Their agent Ashley was exhalant is finding potential new properties that met our needs, and their transaction manager Becca was not only very knowledgeable, but was ready to assist with anything at an hour of the day. Definitely a team that I would recommend and work with again in the future!

The end-result of my experience with Caleb, and his team, was favorable as we had the property under contract after a few weeks of being on the market. With that said, I really felt that the process (as a whole) was impersonal. Once the house was on the market, I never saw Caleb again. I was subsequently handed off to a couple different members of his team to complete the process. While I understand it is a team effort, the experience made me feel like another line item on a spreadsheet. Additionally, as we went through the inspections/negotiations throughout the closing process, I did not get the sense that Caleb/his team for "fighting" for me. I felt that my desires were heard and understood, but it left me feeling alone in my decisions. Furthermore, I hit numerous "last minute snags" which ended up adding stress to my experience. While I am happy that the house did sell, I do not feel that I got my money's worth in contracting Caleb and his team.

Thank you so much to Chris and his team for helping my husband and I buy our home. They made every step of the home buying process so easy. They informed us about what was going on every step of the process. When problems with the sellers arose, their knowledge and negotiating skills came through. We would user Chris and his team again without hesitation. Thank you to Chris, Derek and Becca. You are all great and would have no problem recommending you to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We hired Jodi after unsuccessfully trying to sell our home for six months with another agent. She made some valuable suggestions, brought in a professional Home Stager, and after we followed their suggestions our home was under contract in less than two months! Jodi and her team were very thorough and patient with us during the process and we would highly recommend her as an agent. In fact, we have another property to sell and have already started the process with Jodi!

This home buying process has been the best yet. So far everyone we have dealt with has been amazing.
