They arrived perfectly on time, after calling ahead to confirm the appointment. He was quick, efficient and polite. Going on 2 months after his visit now and we've not have a single incident of a stray ant running through any of our rooms. We'd definitely call them out again.

This year, we put our house up for sale and wanted the spraying done earlier, before we had all the windows washed prior to showing the home for the first time. The service we'd had in prior years kept putting us off, so I turned to Angie's list to find a local company. Master's Touch was prompt to answer the phone, to respond to my request for service on very short notice, arrived when they said they would, were thorough and courteous. I have recommended them to several friends already.

.They were very thorough. There was one gentleman that did the whole job its a big house. We had one issue but the gentleman that came out was really good and it was a good experience. We did get the issue resolved.

They did not do anything for us. They were punctual and showed up before I thought they would.

We have been using Master's Touch Pest Control for quite a few years. They have always been responsive to our needs and thorough in their applications and helpful in making suggestions.Master's Touch treats our entire home 4 times a year both inside and out. If we see bugs or ?? between visits we simply call them and they will have the service tech, Andrew, come over to retreat or see what else can be done to rid us of the concern.Andrew is pleasant and very professional.

I had ants in the kitchen, eating the cat's food and swarming in my cabinets. Also had numerous anthills in the yard and undermining my stone patio. MT rep came and examined house and yard; noted two kinds of ants ('odorous house ants and pavement ants') and explained treatment. Returned and treated for both kinds of ants. Ants were gone within days (faster than predicted), but reappeared in house in small numbers almost a month later. MT came back free of charge and set bait traps, which took care of the problem.

They are very reliable and very responsive. Since they are on contract with me, they come out whenever I ask. They always respect my wishes when they are in my home.

They were willing to try the one treatment. They did not use scare tactics. They communicated after treatment expectations. They did come back once to spray again at no charge.

I've used Master's Touch for pest removal/prevention for about three years. We first called them with a significant carpenter ant infestation, and they kept at it over several months to identify and eradicate the nests. Since then, we have maintained an annual contract with quarterly visits ($106 plus tax every three months). Three out of four visits are interior and exterior, and one is exterior only. This includes spraying inside and outside and rodent bait traps/refills. We have a few spiders now and then, and the usual stinkbug issue (a few here and there... not a problem though) but otherwise, we are clearly bug and rodent free inside our house and shed! Charlie is our technician, he's friendly and prompt and professional, and I trust him completely in my home even when I'm home alone or my small kids are around. (Charlie also is the tech for the church where my kids went to day care, so I used to see him there sometimes too!). I have recommended Master's Touch to several friends and am happy to do so online as well.

The people who came out to my house were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They were also very flexible in trying to find times for the next appointments that would work with my job schedule. They sprayed the sides of my houses, and since it was raining they used some type of pellet that went around the perimeter of the house that is reactivated each time it rains. I cannot rate the quality of the service yet, because it's too early to see. But so far, so good.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed the situation and then gave me my estimate. They came back the next day to install the trap. They removed the trap two weeks later.

It went well. The company matched another estimate, was careful not to treat my organic garden area, and did an efficient job.

Service came out and identified source of scratching in my kitchen wall (mice) and identified where they were getting into the wall from outside. Baits were set, not just there but throughout the house, and material was placed under siding in places at risk. The baits were removed a week later, the entryways sealed and no problem at all since. The gentleman who came out to the house was very friendly (and very tolerant of my big annoying dog!) and thorough. I will definitely call them for any future pest control needs.
