We called them to address an infestation problem that we believed was a squirrel. Turned out to be mice. They've already been back twice following the initial treatment to make sure the problem is being corrected. I can't say enough positive things about the entire aspect of their service.

They we're prompt, courteous, and professional, in fact, I signed a yearly contract. I would highly recommend their services.

They came out, treated the area and two months later, still no ants. Masters Touch is a great company.

Marc has come out to our home on two separate occasions. One time he pulled a dead bird out of our vent for no charge. I was floored. Honest an experienced evaluations.

I called the provider on Monday or Tuesday of last week. The receptionist answered and,when informed of our ant invasion, courteously explained that we could either have a free inspection without immediate service or have the technician come out and do the service. Since I knew the specific pest and area, I decided to go with the technician. The receptionist set me up with an appointment that Saturday, ETA between 10 and 1. The technician, Andrew, came around 11:45, and spotted and identified the ants in the kitchen, kids bathrooms and outside flower pots. He then recommended to treat with aerosol spray pyrethrins and gel bait. He was mindful of our house cat and kids, and kept the pesticides at a minimum, treating only the kitchen and outside perimeter. The ants were supposed to disappear within two weeks (time to poison the ant colony by workers bringing toxins back to nest), but we have had no more ants at all!! Very happy!!

Mark came out and evaluated what I thought was carpenter ants. Turned out it was only plain old pavement ants that had invaded from under my front porch. He did a full inspection of my house, made sure no other pests were an issue, and I even got him to go up into my very hot attic to check out a nest of wasps. He discussed my options to rid myself of the ants and bees, and the packages they offered - no pressure at all. I decided to accept one of the packages after reading the material, scheduled the service, they were there two days later - quite a busy time with the rain etc. They came, arrived a bit late, but not an issue as the weather was quite nasty, were friendly, professional and put up with my very annoying dog who just wanted to follow them everywhere. They could not have been nicer and more thorough, crawling in the nooks and crannies to take care of the problem.

They were awesome, they came out when they said they will come out and I was very happy with that. Also they are professional they told me who is going to come out.

Fine. I called set the date, left a check for them & they sprayed.

On time, reasonably priced, explained what he was doing, explained about bees, very professional & courteous.

It was incredibly refreshing to have someone do what you asked and not lay on extra charges (or any charges).

Called for emergent service, the technician arrived as scheduled and treated the yellow jackets, Yellow jackets gone and no further issues with them the remainder of the summer. Excellent timely and professional service.

We have used Masters Touch for almost 5 years now! Ed was our original service technician and now we have Andrew. They are reasonably priced and provide effective treatment. I love that I can call them in between my scheduled services and they take of any issues without extra cost. They are polite, friendly and are always within the time window. Andrew does a great job and I highly recommend this company.

Very nice and prompt. Came the same day that I called, even came early after calling to make sure that it was okay. Treated the inside and outside of the house. Would use again.

. Masters Touch is very courteous and professional. They are very good about notifying when next service is, via mail and phone calls.

We had a bat in our bedroom, and decided to get someone in to determine where they were coming in, and if there were any more in the house. Master's came in, did a full evaluation of the house, and didn't change for the visit.

No service performed, never called back!

We had a huge wasp nest behind the cedar siding. The company came out quickly, guaranteed the work and told me if any wasps came back, to call.

We used Masters Touch to sign up for an annual plan for total pest control for the house. We liked the idea that they had 4 seasonal visits with emergency call visits in between. We initiated the call because we had what we thought were large aggressive mice. They turned out to be rats (yikes!) but we were in great hands with Masters touch. The office was very responsive to my calls and technicians were very proactive to get rid of the rats. Would recommend without hesitation.

They did a great job and gave a warranty. Very happy with work.

I called around for a few estimates. Masters was competitive and could better fit my time schedule. Not only where they easy to deal with, but they fully explained their treatment technique before executing it, and were true to their word, returning for another treatment (at no additional cost) 2 weeks later when the pests began appearing again. I was pleased with the service, professionalism, and would both recommend and use them again.

Following my initial negative review, I was contacted by the management of the company. They personally came out to seal multiple holes into my house, set additional traps, and complete follow-up visits. Their response to my complaint was commendable and I am very satisfied with their subsequent job. Traps were put around different locations in my house. Mice were still found within weeks of initial appointment. Return visit simply refreshed the bait in the garage trap and did not include checking traps in any locations except where mice were seen. Mice continued to be found every couple of weeks regardless of service. They did not clean up any of the feces and placed traps with poison around my children's toys in the garage, which forced me to dispose of valuable toys due to visible tracks of mouse poison on them. After a couple months, I found a hole and they patched it, but mice continued to be found. I requested a different type of trap to see if it would help and captured a mouse. They waited 5 days to remove the dead mouse. We finally disposed of it on our own so there was not a dead carcass around my small children. They left their traps all over my house which have collected dead mice and I was told I would no longer receive treatments even though I continue to find mice. Overall I am very disappointed in the service I received. For the price I paid, I should either not have mice (as agreed upon in the original contract) or I should have recurring treatment. At the very least they should have disposed of the carcasses in a timely fashion. Dead animals should not be left in a little piece of cardboard (with the dead animal clearly visible and accessible) with young children around -- especially for almost a week. There was no system to check the traps to see if their treatment was effective. They did not even remove their equipment in the end. I would have been better off buying a couple traps at a hardware store. It would have cost a fraction of the price and I would have received the same service. I am very surprised this was an A rated company on Angie's list. They were very accessible to speak with on the phone and remarkably punctual with their visits. However, the service itself is almost nonexistent.

Masters Touch has been performing my quarterly pest control for years. I can't say enough about them! I have referred all of my neighbors to them and they are all happy as well.

The Master's Touch Entomologist, Marc came out a day after I called. He determined they were just carpenter ants. He examined the exterior and interior of the house. They came out 2 days later to treat the affected area and including the house exterior and interior. The carpenter ants are gone, some other pesky ants that occasionally showed up in the kitchen are gone and stink bug population is down by 95%. They always show up when promised. I currently have them doing a quarterly treatment.

We had an extensive ant problem with a specific kind that can live both indoor and out. The extgerminator said they may have to come more than one time but so far it has worked. We signed up for quarterly service and have been pleased thus far.
