Family Owned and Operated Since 1991. Offering Full Service Termite & Pest Control Solutions Masters Touch was founded in 1991 on the basic principles of treating people fairly and with respect, providing quality service and doing the right thing for the customer. Over the years Masters Touch built a strong reputation and customer following in southeastern Pennsylvania. In 2010 Masters Touch became a Quality Pro certified company. Quality Pro is a voluntary program administered by the NPMA. Members must adhere to standards including hiring practices, business practices, warranties, advertising and training. Our service technicians are second to none. Combined with state of the art equipment, they have the knowledge and experience to handle any situation swiftly and effectively. Our office staff is just that, OUR office staff. Trained and local to serve you in person, not a voicemail system or remote call center hundreds of miles away. They know what’s going on in your area because they live here too.

Description of Work: Assisted with woodpecker control. Evaluated property and recommended a service that provides regular exterior inspections from April through November to protect against carpenter bees, yellow jackets carpenter ants, etc. The company is an excellent service provider. Employees are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and very competent.

Description of Work: We had a slight problem of ants entering the house and were looking for a solution and a service contract to insure protection. They sent an entomologist to the house who did an inspection, provided information on their plans, and was helpful with suggestions and information about what types of problems his company had seen in the area. The plan we chose includes 4 exterior treatments between March and October. Should a problem arise, they will return and treat indoors. A second benefit was that it included a senior discount. We have since had 1 treatment and not seen any recurrence of the problem. |

Description of Work: They confirmed I had carpenter ants chewing up my insulation and returned to treat the outside and inside of the house. I had a family emergency the day of our first appt. and they graciously rescheduled. I agreed on the year long program. They were professional with identification and an advance phone call. I am very happy with the results!

Description of Work: After I had a bat in my house, I called to have my attic checked out. The came on time and checked out my house inside and outside. Told me not bats and didn't charge me. I would use them for any other pest problem I might have. On time and professional.
