They are excellent.

It was a disaster.  They ruined my mature rhododendron.  It was a beautifully rounded bush which they reduced to a bare-branched tall, thin, rectangular eye sore.  They also cut a row of azaleas to the bare branches.  I supervised all remaining work which is the only reason my entire landscaping was not ruined.  It also appears that they used very dull hedge trimmers as the other bushes did not have a clean cut and looked like they had been chewed off.

The company vice president , Bob, came out to view the work and discuss it with me.  He asked what I wanted from them.  I was surprised because I felt that he should have offered to replace the bushes or not charge for the poor job.  I didn't like that he tried to throw the ball into my court.  It felt like he was trying to see if I might ask for less compensation than was just.  I didn't give him an answer and after a moment or two he offered to refund me for the trimming of the bushes.  I accepted that offer.

A week or so later I got an email from the salesman, Craig, with whom I contracted to do the work.  He said a refund for the pruning was submitted to accounting and I would get a payment in 10-14 business days. While going over my accounts at the end of a very busy summer, I  noticed that I had never received a refund.  I contacted Craig by phone and he put me  on hold to look into it.  He came back on the line and said I would receive a check within the week.  Well, three weeks later and I haven't received anything.  I sent Craig an email asking for an explanation and it's now four days later and I have not received a reply.

Do not do business with this company.  They do a poor job, are deceitful and dishonest. 

I think that they were on time, and they were very responsive when I needed service basically next day when I wasn’t even a client yet, so they came out quickly and performed the lawn service to my highest expectation.
