I can't even tell you how many houses we looked at, but I know there were many. She also helped us to sell our existing home in less than a month, giving us great advice on things that we needed to do to increase the value and be as attractive as possible to a potential buyer. Christine has been in the business for many years, and it shows!

Description of Work: Christine worked with my family for over a year to help us find the perfect home. Our seach ended, successfuly, in March 2013. Christine is exceptional because rather than ignoring potential deal-breaking conditions of each home we looked at, she helped us see these potential issues, assess whether these would be unacceptable for our family. In addition, she encouraged us to become educated on the possible costs associated with issues to ensure we purchased a house we were 100% happy with and would not encounter bad surprises after closing.
