While Mike's team does excellent work, what really stood out to us was their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure every aspect of the project was exactly right. We live in an older home, and for our bathroom renovation, the team tirelessly fixed old electrical and plumbing problems to ensure that the final product was completely up to date.

I grew up in home construction, I have never seen workers so concerned with every detail. Mike has been outstanding in every detail. Very supportive and helpful. And very easy to work with. They uncovered water damage in our laundry room, and made the repairs.

Like all projects we went a little over the projected time, but we ended up with 2 beautiful bathrooms—a bench seat and grab bar in the master bath, which was a huge help for my husband.

The job went very well. Mike and Laine were professional and skilled craftsmen. There was extensive wood rot in the crawl space under the shower and bathroom floor. They repaired all of that. They demoed the bathroom and installed KBRS shower system in shower. They installed tile in shower and floor. They did all plumbing work and replaced bad plumbing. They painted the walls and ceiling. they installed and painted trim. They installed toilet, light fixture, medicine cabinet, vanity, wall cabinet and bathroom fixtures.

We were extremely pleased with the work we had done. We were very comfortable having them in our home. They were careful to protect our floors and always cleaned up any mess when they left each day. They showed up when they said they would. Mike and Laine are both very friendly and anxious to please, even when we made some changes in the original design. We are very happy with the finished product and are enjoying our new bathroom. In fact, we are so pleased, we are hiring them again to remodel our guest bath. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Mike and his team of super friendly professionals were an absolute pleasure to work with. They did a number of projects for us from replacing under-mount sinks to replacing insulation in our crawlspace. They clearly can handle both small and large projects. As a work-from-home mom with a toddler, I felt very safe and comfortable with all of the gentlemen who came to our house and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs home repairs or renovation of any kind!

Michael is extremely knowledgeable, does what he says he will do when he promised, is reasonable in price, and a bright, kind presence. I died and went to heaven when I found him, and friends to whom I referred him feel the same way. The best contractor I've ever had.

The work did not start on time, they delayed starting by over one week, not bad but he estimated the work would take 3 days. The work took over 6 days to complete and he never actually finished. He replaced two doors in my house and instead of using the right tools he tried to get by using a chisel and the door was sticking and hard to operate. Another maintenance man had to come in to fix it. He had to be directed to clean up after himself in my bathroom. He damaged the mirror and inside of the cabinets in the bathroom as well. The work on the gutters was not done correctly and I had to hire someone else to fix it right. I had a leak coming from my bathroom upstairs, they did not cause, but he did repair it for me. He cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling, 2ft x 2ft and did not bother fixing the hole he cut. He stated he would return at the end of the week to repair it but he did not answer any of my calls or text. He took his money and ran. I had to call a real professional and get the repairs done right. Worse experience ever. I do not recommend this company for any repairs to your home.

Mike did a great job at a reasonable price, I was really happy that he came when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner. The quality of the work was great,and cleanup fantastic!!! I would use him again anytime. Communication was also very good.

Mike did an excellent job on both jobs that he did for us. He is detail oriented which causes his work to be thorough. He has got a strong work ethic which leads him to be punctual and reliable and to care about the work he does. He communicated well right from the beginning and was flexible with his timing. Great. Our contractor was Michael. He was very communicative before and during the project work; meticulous about his work; didn't rush and knew what he was doing.

After the quality of his work and his professionalism with the roof which was the first time we worked together, I hired him repeatedly including for the outdoor shower project, other mid and smaller sized projects. I also referred him to several neighbors and to a contact in the interior design trade who was exceptionally happy with the work he performed for their business location. Mike is a class act, very respectful, detailed oriented, honest and a true craftsman.

I purchased a two bedroom 2 bath condo as an investment property. The seller had covered major holes in the walls with furniture placement and the entire coastal property was painted in dark, deep pigment colors. Tile was missing in one shower. None of the closet doors closed. Carpet with filthy. None of the light fixtures were salveable or properly wired. Despite this I got a dream tenant who wanted to sign a lease and move in within a week. Mike pulled permits and expedited HOA approval and brought in a top notch crew. They patched, akimmed prepped and painted the entire condo including inside cabinets, worked around the carpet crew, replaced all lighting fixtures and faulty wiring, power washed outdoor patio and repainted it, fixed broken windows and closet doors, installed blinds, changed locks, installed a new stove that Lowe’s dropped off and coupon properly install, installed new vessel sinks and new kitchen faucets. Mike stopped by and saw carpet installers had messed up the quarter round and baseboards in various places and he knew the tenant was coming in the next day; he worked overnight doing touch ups. He kept me in close communication, honored his budget quote, got approval on any possible over runs (then managed to avoid them) and had the place clean and ready for the cleaning crew and the new tenant. Mike has become sought after in the James Island, Folly, John’s and surrounding areas because he’s so reliable, honest and a true craftsman. I am already planning another major project in my home and I will not even bother taking bids. Mike is the best.

Excellent craftsmanship and meticulous in getting the job completed correctly

We couldn't be more pleased. Mike's work included carpentry of all kinds, installing a new exterior door, cutting opening and infilling for a new exterior window and installing it, laying a floor, patching a subfloor, painting, plumbing, etc. He is very exacting and his workmanship is first rate. In addition, Mike was pleasant to have around for this project, which took several months!

Mike did a wonderful job. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Quality workmanship. Would highly recommend.
