+ -1 moreThey were very courteous in explaining what needed to be done and that it would take some time due to ordering the part. Given that the problem occurred during the holiday season and the part needed to be shipped I understood. Within a week the service was complete and the laptop was fixed, better than new.
Description of Work: They had to replace the motherboard on laptop computer.

Description of Work: I had a problem with viruses on my computer, completely shut down any access to software itunes documents (despite the presence of computer "security"--McPhee).......Beyond PC got it back to me within 24 hours and everything is fine now......as i am self employed it was critical to have the quick turnaround.....I highly recommend this store.......
