Professional, experienced, superior customer service, competitive pricing, broad inventory of stones, and courteous. Asco Granite has the right business model for selling their products. From our granite selection to the precise templating to the fabrication and to the installation, each team member at Asco was professional and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with our countertops.

Poorly, I called to ask if Asco serviced my location as many companies only service within certain mileage limitations. The lady who answered the phone seemed to not understand what I was asking and when I asked to speak to someone else who might understand she hung up on me. I called back 2 more times and when the she saw my number come up she would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. Pathetic customer service.

From the initial visit to the Showroom to installation, the entire process was smooth. Andreea was knowledgeable and easy to work with in the selection and ordering of the Quartz countertops. The scheduling process for the Template and Installation was efficient and timely. The Installation team was pleasant, professional and very efficient. Pricing and Product availability is very good. We would definitely use ASCO again and recommend them.

They had provided new granite countertops in a kitchen project a few years earlier so when we decided to remodel our master bathroom we wanted to use Asco Granite for this project. They are so easy to work with, from the initial measurements to help selecting the right material (granite or quartz) for the project. When it came time to install the quartz they were very professional. They had to deliver different pieces of the quartz at different times during the project and this was no problem. The pieces were precisely cut to the specific measurements. The finished look was beautiful. The prices quoted include measuring and installation and we found that they were lower than all of the large stores. I would not hesitate to use them on any project that involved new counters. They have been amazing on both of the projects where we used their service. Please give them the opportunity to earn your business.

Very good experience overall. We were doing our kitchen on a budget and needed new countertops. We were able to pick our slap. Template creation/fabrication was a breeze,ASCO just showed up and gave me a price (which was good) and I didn't have to worry about anything. The install was scheduled for less than 2 weeks later, and we could use our countertops same day. Similarly, the backsplash took one day (about a week after the countertop install). The only thing was that the company forgot to caulk part of the sink. But my husband noticed it right away and they came quickly to finish the caulking. The kitchen looks great. Very affordable, but high-end look.

Chose from granite on special price section. When counter went in, one piece wasn't cut right. They came out within days with new piece on a Saturday, and even paid for the kitchen sink plumbing because of error. Very nice people to work with and very responsive.

I shopped around at loads of places when we were looking to replace our kitchen counter tops and ASCO was a perfect choice. They offered a half dozen or so choices of the granite that was offered at the sale price from their website, and it was far from the basic color choices that were offered at all the other places I had been to. The granite we chose was called Cocoa Dark and it looks like a much more expensive granite. From start to finish, Nicole was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about every phase of the job. They had a wonderful selection of sinks to choose from and (even though they were included in the price) they were far from a cheap one. I have recommended ASCO to anyone who will listen and when I look to replace bathroom sinks in the future, I will be calling them and no one else!

This could not have been any easier. ASCO was our last stop. We already new what we wanted. I saw an ASCO Ad stating a very good price and the granite we wanted was included in that price. We did upgrade the sink. We scheduled a day/time for them to do the template. They were on time and very professional. One week later it was installed. The installation team was again, very professional, tidy, and very quick. I would say it was not more than half an hour. We are very satisfied and would definitely use ASCO again.

The showroom was adequate and had a good selection of product without being too overwhelming. Once I made my selection in the warehouse, I made an appointment to have a technician come to my house to measure and create a template. This went fine. One of the details of this install was a counter overhang of about 14". I was informed by the technician that this was not a problem but flat bracket would be added to the order for support. The day of the installation, the installers knew nothing about the flat brackets, assured me that they were not needed and proceeded to install the granite counters. Also, the seams were sloppy and the edges of the counters were slightly warped. I won't use them again and would not recommend.

. Thank you Nicole and staff, Great JOB!
Description of Work: Nicole, the owner, helped us through the entire process and was a delight to work with. I She honored an Asco estimate given the year before when we began looking and did not add one cent to the original work order. She included several items such as a bar sink which other companies were charging us for. Every detail was planned and worked out perfectly from ordering the granite to the installation of 3 4" shelves under our kitchen windows. Her husband came to do the measurements and he was very thorough with his tape. The countertops fit perfectly snug in a kitchen full angles. Asco certainly gave us more than the other 3 companies that we contacted. We were extremely pleased and would recommend them HIGHLY.

We were in the market for a granite countertop. I did some research, including checking Angie's List (of course), and saw that ASCO was highly recommended. We visited them with my daughter who previously was a designer/showroom manager for Banta - a top of the line granite and marble company in Lancaster. ASCO advertises a fixed price of $1,800 per square foot for between 30 and 40 square feet (which is where ours fell) plus $600 for a removal and plumbing package which includes a sink and faucet and all the materials and labor. There are certain selections of granite, sinks and faucets that apply under this price range. We found the selection of granite, sinks and faucets for the advertised price to be very nice. We did go with a slightly upgraded sink because my wife wanted one a little deeper and a little bigger on the one side than offered at the price, but the quality of the sinks available for the advertised price were equal to the one we selected. Once we decided on all the components, they scheduled the measurement 3-4 days later and told us it would be ready to be installed a week after that. Everything happened exactly as planned. One thing I really liked about them was they have a plumber on staff. Typically you have to arrange to have the plumbing part of the job done on your own which involves getting a plumber to come out and unhook everything, then have them come back to reinstall everything once the countertop is installed. ASCO handled everything seemlessly. During the installation they even suggested to my wife that we move the garbage disposal to the other side of the sink and did so at no added cost. We are 100% satisfied with the new countertop and highly recommend ASCO to everyone. They also got an A+ from my daughter who told me that it would have cost more, taken longer, and been more of a hassle (due to the plumber issue) had the work been done at her former employer.

Nicole helped us picking out a tile back splash to compliment our counter and cabinets. Work was completed efficiently. Arrived on time, provided updates regarding schedule, and cleaned up well. Were able to work around my schedule. Was a minor issue with the tile and the promptly came back and resolved it without any hassle. Did a professional job installing a new sink and fixing my old spigots on my kitchen sink. Very happy overall and highly recommend Asco.

.They are fantastic. Their selection was good to choose from. And the package price we paid was great. They were very responsive. The whole process was very fast and they could get the work done before we moved into the house. When they came we didn't hae our checkbook on us and the lady in the office was able to take our card over the phone for payment. They were very accommodating. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience. I will definately use them in the furture.

Recommending this place, bought Santa cecilia gold and here are the advantages we had by using Asco: -Price was very competitive and we paid same price as they have published on the website, no gimmicks -They do plumbing also and that's the package we bought. -No problems with the schedule, came in time. -Bought the supports for the island overhang from them and they installed them also. -Bought the sink, faucet and soap dispenser there, they installed it. -Pleasant people in the showroom and the installers -One stop shop, I did not want to deal with carpenters, plumbers, etc...so working with Asco they took care of everything.

Asco Granite was professional from the very beginning (selecting a slab) up until the final installation. I can honestly say I have no complaints. The price was competitive (and I did receive quotes from other local companies) and the people were friendly and helpful when I went to pick out my slab. They showed up to do the template when they said they would and they installed on the date that was confirmed with me. The price I paid included some upgrades to the edging. I love my granite as it has transformed my kitchen. The fact that there were no headaches involved with the entire process was a great comfort. In fact, our neighbors also used Asco after we told them what a great experience we had. They were pleased as well. Thank you Asco Granite.

If you don't encounter any problems with whatever job you are working on, I suppose ASCO would be OK. I had a sink that had just started to separate ever so slightly from the granite countertop due to some loose clamps underneath. Also, since they were repairing that, we added polishing the granite to the job. The job seemed to go fine, but the very next day we noticed a very slight drip at one of the plumbing joints just past the trap. I am sure that just the slight moving of the sink back up into place caused this minor leak. Totally understandable and not really a big deal. I called the next day thinking they would at least check it out and possibly be able to tighten that (pvc) joint back up. The "gentlemen" that answered the phone (I think the owner, definitely not the person who did the repair) told me, "we did not touch your plumbing and I advise you to call a plumber". I said I understand you didn't touch the plumbing, but I have a leak today I didn't have yesterday, probably caused by just adjusting the sink back into place. Again, I got the "we didn't touch the plumbing, that's not our fault". Clearly, they were not even interested in even taking a look at a job they just completed that did not go according to plan. That to me say's they don't stand behind their work. I am so glad Angie's list gives everyone the power to at least put out there the kind of work that's being done, both good and BAD!! Obviously I am not impressed with ASCO and would advise anyone to look somewhere else. Good luck, Jeff

Response from ASCO Granite Countertops
Hi Member, I am sorry you perceived our answer as uncaring. Since you had a drip we suggested you contact a plumber right away. Your wife probably confirmed to you (you were not home) that we did not move or touch any drains. You and us both hoped that since your sink fell down that inch long time ago, it did not, or would not affect the pipes and drains in the future either. We did what we promised to do, reattach your sink to your counter top. I am sorry that in the end a plumber was needed, even dough we hoped it will not come to that. This type of repair job is a step at the time, always hoping that another expense is not necessary further, but never you can be sure from the beginning. I consider that our part was done successfully, on time, keeping the schedule, except for the icy/snowy day when your driveway was not ready. We spoke on the phone many times and answered all questions. I do understand your frustration overall for the situation, not knowing who installed the granite in your home, and in the end having to pay for a plumber as well. We did not mean any disrespect, and we would have been back there immediately, if the problem was something to do with the sink attachment we just performed. Have a great Spring, Nicole
