Description of Work: All American filled in ruts on drive, then cut out for all seams to provide good seals for asphalt. 2 inches of asphalt was then laid on entire drive way, a roller was used to pack down, edges sealed. |Job was perfect! |George Lazrovitch (owner) came to my home when I first applied, explained what he was going to do, and answered all my questions. Then arrived on time on the 14th, stayed and suppervised entire operation. His team knew exactally what had to be done and performed in a very professional way. |Mrs. Lazrovitch was also a valuable part of the team scheduling appointments and contacting me at beginning of week assuring me everything still OK for the 14th. She was very nice

Description of Work: They trimmed away ivy that had grown along the edges of the driveway decreasing it's width, then blacktopped right to the edges, giving me a driveway width that I haven't had in years. 4 men came and quickly did the job- I have 1000 ft- in under 1 hour. Very nice job - would use them again!

We are extremely sorry John that you are not 100% happy, you should have called us back right away and we could of resolved the problem them instead of waiting so long, i checked our customer records and we did the work for you back in September 2014. The harsh winter we had could of had a extreme effect on how the sealer held up on your driveway, and if that is what happened we have no control over that. However we are still willing to come out and fix your driveway to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our work, we take pride in making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with out work, and as far as pricing goes you purchased a voucher that covered up to 1,000 sqft of sealcoating and any additional sqft was .30 cents per sqft. Once again we apologize to you and hope we can come to a agreement and you an give us a chance to make things right for you. Thanks, George 888-324-2891

Description of Work: George was wonderful. He came and did a thorough evaluation and said that sealing at this time would cause problems. I had too much sealer already. He was pleasant, honest and I would definitely hire him once the time was right. He gave me suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Regarding Angie's List it ticks me off how difficult you make it to find a way to request a refund.

Description of Work: George (the owner) was very quick to respond throughout the entire process. Set up the initial quote the same day I contacted him. Availability for the work was limited due to my work schedule. My only complaint was that there was late notice of a cancelation for the work being completed on the originally scheduled date of service. The asphalt plant in the area was apparently shut down for the day. He did apologize for the inconvenience and did reschedule for the following week. | |Overall a very pleasant experience, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Sealcoating of driveway. | |Overall OK, they did the driveway. Did not spend as much time on the cracks as requested and had to ask them to put more on crack areas. | |Their truck leaked sealer all over the road in front of the house. While not a big deal, it is a mess in front of the house. |
