Description of Work: Spoke to someone who said they serviced my area. Someone was supposed to come & leave an estimate on 9/4. To date, nothing has ever been received. Guess they don't need my business.

Description of Work: They didn't come out to measure my driveway and told me I am over the 1000 square ft limit. They were going to charge me an additional $225 for the job. I have another contractor already lined up for the job for just $300 total.

I am sorry you where unhappy with the price of the job. The voucher you purchased covers a 1,000 sqft of Sealcoating and there is a fee of $.30 per sqft after the 1,000 sqft. We measure the driveway from Google earth if we are able to see them clearly how ever if we are not able to see them we do send someone out to tKe the measurements, however in your case we where able to see your driveway from googles earth. Again I am sorry you where not aware of the total sqft of your driveway and was not happy with the extra cost. George 888-324-2891

Description of Work: My only concern is that the sealing of the drive was not very careful done. The edges are quite messy and at the end of the drive towards the road there are tar footprints and bucket rims on the ground. The job was not neat.

Hello [Member name], First i would like to apologize for the foot prints in the street, but the reason they stepped in the street was to avoid stepping on your side walk. The edges of the driveway, we edge back the grass so we can seal the edge of the driveway and sometimes it does get a little on the grass it will not harm the grass in any way. Description of Work: Driveway looks uneven, ends were not sealed. Called All American and explained. Vanessa said she would look at the work. She later said George would look at the work. He may have come and hit a couple missing spots but top end is still unsealed. Received no further response from Vanessa.

Hello {member name removed}, I did stop by and look at the driveway the reason it looks like missed spots is because we used a oil base sealer and those spots are not missed, in those spots the driveway absorbed the material quicker then the rest of the driveway and so it appears to missed, i do apologize for not calling you but i did not have your number, i left a card there the day i came out hoping you would of called me so i could of explained all of this to you. Your driveway needs another coat of sealer that would fix all the problems. Please give me a call so we can resolve this issue. -George 888-324-2891

Description of Work: They added a new layer of paving over my old driveway, which involved 1600 sq.ft. of surface (two Deals for $3000). They removed some concrete near the edges of the driveway near the house and dug up a tree root(with my permission) which was lifting part of the old paving ($400 additional). Then added a bonding agent and finally the new asphalt, making a smooth transition at the garage entrance and also the sidewalk at the other end. The work, originally scheduled for a Thursday, extended longer than expected due to rain delays and simultaneous breakdowns at two asphalt suppliers. All American Paving was diligent and persistent in dealing with the delays and got the work completed by the following Tuesday - they did an excellent job.
