Description of Work: They topped the driveway, not only once, but twice due to downpour following original application and a lot of topping washed away. The only concern I have is that the cracks in the driveway were not filled properly before either application and are still quite noticeable. When I mentioned this to the applier, he stated that the oil just went into the cracks, but I have seen other driveways done where some blacktop was put into the cracks first, then the topping applied. So the cracks are still there. They had splashed my garage doors, and washed out tar made the walkway leading to the front door black, with some tar on first application and they did their best to remove that on the second visit. 95% of the splash is now gone.

Description of Work: Purchased the service April , so far the work has not been performed. Rescheduled for June 10 for the third time. They give a variety of reasons for the delay.

I am sorry you are unhappy, but we did not have permitting weather at all in April and the first 2 weeks of May was very rainy and cold so we where not able to seal cost your driveway due to the weather. The reason you where reschedule so many times was due to the weather not being permitting on the day you where scheduled, the only thing we can do regarding the weather is apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused.
