Description of Work: I was disappointed on several fronts on this order. First of all I placed this order on May 4th and provided as requested three dates in mid-May for scheduling. I never received any contact from vendor until I called them some 3 weeks after order and my email with dates. Although my credit card was charged on May 4th for this promotion at $199 the work was not scheduled until some 7 weeks later. My biggest issue was on the pricing. The day of the scheduled service I received a call and was quoted $580 for this paving. The work was completed this week and the work was acceptable however the price ended up costing not a total of $580 but $580 plus the original $199 promotion fee....and total much higher than my previous paver would have charged.The entire order was handled unprofessionally although the actual paving work was acceptable.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy like we explained to you several times on the phone prior to having the [Member Information Removed] sealcoated there was an additional fee of $580 your [Member Information Removed] is 3,900 sqft we [Member Information Removed] you a discount on the additional square footage because you were unhappy with the total extra [Member Information Removed]. We also explained to you that if you did not want to [Member Information Removed] the work done you could [Member Information Removed] called and got a refund through Angieslist before we scheduled your [Member Information Removed] to be sealcoated. Also it states on the voucher it covers 1,000 sqft and any additional will be .30 per sqft. As far as scheduling we [Member Information Removed] no control over the weather you where rescheduled 3 times due to [Member Information Removed]. -George

Description of Work: They set a date and arrived on that date. The job was performed well. I wish they would have filled some cracks prior to sealing the driveway. I paid $60.00 extra due to size of driveway. All work was performed while we were not there (at work) so that was easy. an overall good job.

Thanks for the review, btw we do fill the cracks before sealcoating the driveway. They may appear as if they where not filled in that is due to the material settling in the crack, that is exactly why we do not charge for crack filling because it is a temporary solution and they always come back!

Description of Work: They did a great job. Because of the rainy weather I had to be re-scheduled 3 times.I did call them to ask them to call me if they were not coming since I had to park cars on the lawn. I used them before and I will use them again.

Description of Work: It took a couple of weeks to be contacted but was not in a hurry. Once we connected the information and service was amazing. I spoke with a women who explained all services for sealcoat, varying types of sealcoating and benefits of the service. The final result was above expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a paving project.
