Installed Goodman furnace with heat pump and AC August 2014. November 2014-three months later, defrost control panel didn't work. Charge 100 dollars for warranty paper work. Would not provide evidence that Good Man requested this. Very unethical. Was very rude in not taking on the responsibility of fixing and honoring system he just installed. Does not return phone calls very unprofessional . December/2015- More issues,. furnace won't kick on, no call back, . Was sold a lemon with poor quality and Soreno REck and sons is a scam. Reporting them to BBB. Now stuck with system and very hard to find a service company to honor 10 year warranty.

We had a great experience. Soreno gave us options of equipment with his recommendations and very thorough explanations. Once selected,they were able to install when convenient for us. The job took 2 days. We have noticed a tremendous improvement in air circulation, heating and air quality. Very happy!

They were excellent. My old furnace was very inefficient. He told me up front my options were limited since my chimney would not be suitable to vent a new system. They were punctual, courteous, and professional. Did the job over several days and I was only without hot water for 1 day. They even made sure not to leave me a mess when they were finished.
