The installation seemed fine, we were pleased with the result, then about 9 months later it started to chip and come off at the opening edge of the garage floor. We called and they came out to fix it. About four months later more chipping occured. This time we had to make multiple calls before we got a response. After they did come to repair it, we noticed a marked discoloration in the floor where the repair had been made. We were told it needed to be cleaned. We used to product recommended with no change. A year later we noticed more damage and contacted Pittsburgh Garage again. They came out and looked at it and said they would send someone out. We didn't hear from them over the next few months and called several more times, each time being told we were on the schedule and they would get to us "before the snow flies." They called in December to make the repair and we asked if it could wait until spring so we didn't need to park our cars out in the winter weather for several days. They said we would be first on their list in the spring. It is mid-May and we still haven't heard from them and we have found more places were the coating is coming up that are in the main part of the garage floor. I don't know if we had a bad install and/or they just have bad customer service, but we wouldn't hire them to do anything else.

They do garage doors, floors and everything else. I had a couple of things done before, which is why I was thinking of having my garage floors done. I had somebody resurface the floor which was Pittsburgh Garage. They spilled rosin on my driveway and stained my driveway. I had to fight them on that for about three months. They then came out to an agreement. They did a great job on the floors but just made a mistake. Mistakes happen but I had to basically fight them too much to actually pay me back. If they had to replace the driveway it would have cost them $20000. I just told them to come down on price and they refunded me about a third of the project. Quality was fairly good. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I used Pittsburgh Garage to do the floors.
