They were fabulous. They did an excellent job and did it in a very timely manner.

Did not go well. I had taken the day off to be here when the work was done. The crew did not bring Dry Ice and so could not blast the mold as agreed in the contract. The crew advised that part had been whited out on their copy. After this they were meant to wire brush with disinfectant and then with mold inhibitor. Once all dry and clean replace with insulation. The crew was friendly and removed the insulation and disposed of it they apologized for the issues. The rest of the work has yet to be done. They had done this on 09/14/07. I have left several messages with Gene Orris but have had no response. We just want to pay them for the removal of the insulation and then we will bring in another company to finish the job that is more responsive. Just need to get this all finished. I had been quoted $400 from another group to remove and discard the insulation. I think this is fair to pay PDG for the work they have done so far.

I was nearly hysterical to discover the white cloth in the garage was asbestos. The project manager, Ed Grabigel, was very calm and reassuring when he came to when he came to give the estimate. The worker who did the actual removal was also very professional. I hope I never need them again but someone else may benefit. They seemed very competent. Air particulate sensor. Heavy plastic bags. Plastic suit for worker. Hazard signs.

We were very happy with the work by Enviro-Tech. They were very professional in their work with respect to returning phone calls, arriving on time and providing us with bids for various options. They even left the floor of our basement cleaner than it originally was in order to ensure that there was no asbestos particles remaining. The third party company they brought in was also very professional.

THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME, FINISHED EARLY AND NEVER SUBMITTED A CHANGE ORDER. THEY DID THE WORK COMPLETELY WITH NO INCIDENT AND FOR THE LOW PRICE THE ORIGINALLY QUOTED.
