It went fantabulously!
Description of Work: Installed 2 attic windows. They fixed an area above display windows (1 inch), they placed metal across opening to keep moisture from coming in. They sealed a gutter.

Description of Work: In 2009 Mt. Pleasant replaced my windows and two doors. They said it would take less than three days. I thought that was impossible but they finished in two and a half days, did a perfect job and were polite and friendly. Just recently they replaced another door with the same excellent service and attitude.

windows were installed on time and crew cleaned up everything afterwards. Installation was smooth and rather quick. They even called the next day to check and make sure we were satisfied.

For that price, they did a very good job, the caulking was well done, and they cleaned up very nicely. I could grade them excellent on professionalism, but I won’t because of the really rotten music they played out of their truck the whole day.

Tim came out and gave me a price & helped me decide on a product that would last and look fantastic for a long time. They ordered the door, and called to set up an installation appointment. The installers came, removed my old door & frame, and installed the new one. They hauled away my old door & frame, and cleaned up after the installation. It was really nice not to have to clean up after the installers! I will definately call this company when I decide to replace any other doors!
Description of Work: They came and gave me pricing and information on a door replacement for my living room. Once I settled on what I wanted, they ordered the door, came and removed my old one, and installed the new door.

The installers were great. After windows were in we asked if we could paint the wrap and they asked why - I told them it needed to match the trim where house is sided. They told me that they should have asked if there was a specific color.

Member, We checked with our distributor & they advised us the aluminum can be painted, we recommend you contact Sherwin Williams & see the proper way to paint over the finished aluminum surface. However, if you would consider anymore work in the future, we would be happy to try and get a factory finish color for the new windows & re-do the existing coverages at no extra charge. This is the best home improvement company I have ever worked with. The windows turned out extremely nice as did the new siding. Very professional, always on time and very neat and clean when the work was completed. No hassles or pressure to buy the product. Would recommend them to anyone for a very professional job done.
Description of Work: Removed 9 very old windows and replace with 5 new windows. Replaced siding on front and back of house in addition to closing in the area where windows were not replaced.
