Description of Work: Jason Carnley designed, welded, installed, and painted beautiful wrought iron railings and a balcony overlook in my home. I was extremely I pressed with his professionalism from the start. On his estimate visit, he took his time getting accurate measurements. He spent more time measuring than any other person. He emailed me that evening with a detailed layout of what the project would entail, and the prices. On subsequent visits, he helped to design what the balcony railing would look like, and what the staircase rails would look like. He even drew sketches to scale and scanned and emailed to me. He had everything made and painted when he brought it for installation, and gave us a break because my husband helped with the install. He did have to do some welding in the home. He took his time and the project turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. We love it soooo much and would recommend Jason to do my wrought iron work. He is talented, punctual, professional, and concientous. Thanks Jason!

Description of Work: The house insurance said we needed to install a handrail and that the steps were wobbly. I met Jason Carnley, who is a minister, and saw his business card for hand railings. There was a web site to look at different kinds: aluminum, iron, cemented into ground, or attached to stone steps... I picked out some curly wrought iron handrail that matched the ones I have on my adjacent porch and measured it, as clearly shown in the good instructions. He created it and brought it over. It had on a grey primer and it was up to me to paint it. Because it was longer than 3 feet, it would have cost $196 with tax for a DIY installation involving 3 $10 bags of cement. ....Luckily, he cut me a special deal where he installed it for me, including strengthening the steps and making sure they were even (a lot of work), in return for letting them make a video of the installation......I was *really* happy with the results. I only had to paint the handrail. I used white, car engine spray paint and it looks beautiful! I would recommend them again, for made-to-order railings! :)
