I highly recommend Western PA Roof Cleaning. They did an outstanding job! Rob's communication with us was impressive. He was quick to return phone calls and e-mails. He explained why we were having the black streaks and the process used to remove the discoloration. The team showed up on time and were very professional. The roof looks great!!

Went great. The main house looks great and the roof just like new. Pretty impressive before and after. The moss and lichens are gradually coming off as indicated with the hot weather helping them disintegrate. The cleaning on the addition help confirm that there was still useful life in shingles. Rob, the partner we worked with was great. Knew his business. Gave good details. Responsive to questions with straightforward and practical answers. And while we didn't get the work done on first pass, when we were ready we got in line pretty quickly considering all the rain. Cleaning the roof would have never been a priority expenditure. But I would consider it again given the positive impact it has on the whole house. I live at the end of cul du sac and the clean lines are great to see as you roll down the street.

The price was much less than any of the other quotes that we received. The nice part here was that they did not power wash the driveway or walks since that would have worn away the surface. he men washed the driveway and sidewalks with the same cleaning agents that were used on the shingles that cleaned the mold and other growths from them. Everything was very clean when done. I was astonished how nice everything looked. These guys are GOOD! It is the second time I used them and will continue to do so.

My roof looks great now! After a few hard rains, all of the residue was gone. My roof looks new and it is 16 years old. Now, I find myself comparing it to my neighbor's roofs, which look older and are streaked with algae and dirt. The work went as the contractor described -- the results were just as they predicted. We are likely to have them back in the future to maintain condition, as needed. Contractor was very easy to communicate with.

Rob and Joe were terrific!! Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. It had rained earlier in the day and immediately, they educated me on the type of shoes they use designed NOT to slip -- relieving me of the concern of falling. As Joe surveyed the roof and began to work, Rob blew the garage roof off which was covered in moss. Rob made sure the moss was blown so it landed on lawn which will be mowed. The process was fascinating and it's very clear this is no ordinary roof cleaning service. These men have studied engineering and management, have researched and studied all aspects of the operation and have adapted all their education to this geographic region, producing the best results, in the shortest amount of time with a lasting effect. Two thumbs up!!!

They cleaned the black stains from our main roof as as well as those on the porch roof. The porch roof was especially stained and looked awful. They came on the day they said they would come after having had to cancel the previous date because of heavy winds. Rob Deemer sent me several emails throughout the process so I knew what to expect. They did a super job. The roofs look great.

We had a heavy coat of moss and lichen on the roof of the north side of our house and garage. I telephoned and they looked at our house from a satellite view and quoted me a reasonable price. They came quite quickly, considering the weather was very rainy. The roof was treated . They were very careful of our shrubs and flowers. The moss almost immediately began to die. The job was done in a short period of time and everything was cleaned up. The workers were very professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to have them back again.

He was very professional. Answered all my questions and I had several as I had never heard of cleaning your roof before. We were moving and the people purchasing the house wanted the roof cleaned, I didn't know that was something people did. Our roof in my opinion looked pretty good, it was better than most of my neighbors. He explained what he did, why he did it, and what the finished product would look like. I need ed the job to be done quickly as we were moving in three weeks. He scheduled me in a timely fashion then called the next day to say he had a cancellation and could do the job the next day since he knew we were moving. He told us he would be there at 8 am and was there at 8am. He left the planting areas around the house just as he found them, would have never known he was here except the roof started looking better. I would recommend him to anyone who wants those black marks off their roofs

Western Pa Roof Cleaning did a wonderful job. This is the 2nd time we have had them to our home and both times they were very professional and did exactly what they promised. We highly recommend them and will absolutely use their services in the future. Our roof looks amazing!

Rob was great. He is super responsive when you call him and extremely friendly. We discussed the options up front and decided that only half of the roof needed cleaned, as well as a portion of the siding just below the roof edge. We scheduled a verbal appointment and Rob followed up with a quote via e-mail. Once I authorized the price, we confirmed the appointment. He then sent a reminder e-mail several days beforehand and instructed me to have a water source available. Due to a busy season, this whole process took about 3 weeks. The actual cleaning took a few hours and the roof looks brand new. Rob and his team also check the roof for damage of any sort. They don't actually perform repairs, but it is great that they let you know if they see something of concern. I like the prospect of having preventive applications performed within 2 years time frame, at a discount. I will most likely call them back for this option....and I think my husband would agree that it is better than him climbing on the roof himself!

They removed algae from the north side of house siding and stains on the roof with a spray.. It worked.

He arrived promptly on the date scheduled and applied solution to roof. He let us know that some stains caused by bird droppings causing algae growth would turn white but would later wash away after rain. This did occur and the roof looked almost like new.

He was excellent. It cost exactly what he said it was going to cost and he did it very quickly and very efficiently and it has lasted quite awhile.

It was good. They're actually excellent. I would highly recommend them because of their overall job. The only negative thing with them was just they were not kind of prompt on their scheduling, on when they said they would be there. They would not actually confirm the appointment until the day of and then they would cancel on maybe the weather or something but the weather was fine. The actual entire project actually was very impressive.

Great. They were able to have the estimate within hours using HD satelite. Only recommended cleaning the front [northern exposure] as that was the only area that needed it. Great warranty if you decide to re-treat the roof in a 2-3 year there is a substantial discount. They were very courteous and informative. I would highly recommend them. After spraying the roof immediately looked like new.

Rob and Joe did a great job. The roof looks great, and the inspection and follow up report they provided was really helpful. They even cleaned the skylights while they were up there! They were professional and responsive. We would definitely recommend their service.

Fantastic job. Cleaned roof and siding. Had 4 other people look at my roof and siding. All too high in price or did not know how to do aluminum , Took before and after photos. SOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL AFTER. Green mold gone. Dark spots gone. Looks like a new paint job and a new home.

Joe and Rob did a great job. They are very professional and meticulous. We have used them twice and will definitely use them in the future.

Rob returned my phone call within 3 hours after I had left him a detailed message. He was able to see our house using Google Maps and could see the extent of the algae growing on the roof. Our home is only 13 years old, but the roof is a lighter gray and the algae was unsightly. The back of the roof, which receives much afternoon sun, was fine. He gave us a quote to clean 1/2 the roof (approximately $500) and we scheduled a time for that week. He asked that we allow a 1/2 hour window for he and his co-worker to arrive, and they came within that time. They completed the job in an hour and it looked good. There was some shadowing, which Rob said would be totally gone within 3 weeks. If not, he told us to give them a call and they would return. After several days, even the shadows are gone and the roof looks like new. I should add the shrubs and perennials around the house are fine. We are very pleased with their quality of work, their professionalism and the end result. We highly recommend them.
