Andy and Mike worked on finishing by basement. I am very happy with their quality of work. They started the work on time, and wrapped up as promised. They were very flexible, listened to what I needed and completed all work to my satisfaction. They are highly recommended!

Andy and his employee Mike turned our horrible basement into a beautiful basement. They were everything you could hope for in a construction company. 1) Estimate was timely and there were no surprises. 2) Very reliable and open to discussions about project. Showed up daily and completed project in estimated time. 3) We highly recommend them for your home improvements and we will hire them in the future.

Andy is amazing. He does all the work himself. No subcontractors. So he starts and works every day until itâ s done. No working around other schedules, jobs, etc. Andy responded to every text or email we sent. It seems like he has a lot of experience and knowledge. But not so much that he refuses to try or suggest new things. We love our basement and will not hesitate to call Andy for any future projects.

Precision Construction did a great job finishing our basement. The owner (Andy) and his assistant (Mike) did all the work themselves (plumbing, electrical, wall and ceiling framing, drywall, painting, ceramic tile, wood flooring, cabinets). They didnâ t use any subcontractors. They clearly know what theyâ re doing. They started when they said they would and completed the work when they said they would. The quality of their installed work was very good. I highly recommend them for any residential construction/remodeling project.

We had Andy and Mike install approximately 800 square feet of tile floor. Throughout the entire process, Andy was responsive and kept open communication. He was prompt with his estimate and realistic with his schedule. His quote was very reasonable and fair. Andy Rinehart and his employee, Mike, transformed our basement, laundry room, and bathroom from a *dungeon where mortal men fear to go* (per our daughter) to a beautiful, inviting living space that we are proud to bring our guests into. They dealt with severely uneven joists, crumbling cement floors, and low ceilings in a positive, professional manner. Andy made suggestions to improve the layout and willingly accommodated the changes we made during the process. He repeatedly said that he just wanted us to be happy with the result. We are! Andy is the master at time management, always having material ready on time so that there was very little down time. Andy and Mike worked hard every day and completed the entire project on time. We have nothing but the highest praise for their workmanship and work ethic, and we hope to have them back soon to tackle another item on our *to do* list.
