It seems his warranty expires the second he cashes your check. He lacks the character to respond and attempt to resolve the problems he created. Apparently, this is not a unique situation. The Unlock dealer in the North Hills who referred Marlin said other customers were saying the same thing. It would have been less hassle to do the job myself.

Job took four times longer than we were told. Slow with redo on wall and driveway. No expansion joints in double wide concrete. Mr Berry gave us a proposal stating 4 inches thick of concrete for our sidewalk. We did not get four inches and he would not redo. When received final bill job cost about an extra $1000 more.
