Description of Work: new toilet installed, shower control valve ( knob replaced was unable to remove my self, insulate/ freeze proof water lines to the kitchen sink. recharged expansion tank. installed new water line to washer, dishwasher and ice maker for refrigerator.

Description of Work: Gave a second opinion on whether or not a new furnace would be needed after being told I needed to replace it from a different vendor. Said replacement wasn't necessary and there was nothing wrong.

Description of Work: We had a broken water heater and called them on a weekend. They came right out. Had to order a part, but didn't take more than a day or two. They came back to install the part and I felt the cost was reasonable. We have used them in the past a number of times and have always had good experiences with them. I'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The technician installed a sink in the bathroom, a programmable thermostat and a new garbage disposal - all of which I had purchased prior to their arrival. The job went pretty well. He showed up during the time period they told me he would arrive and was here about five hours total.

Description of Work: 1) Fixed the drain in my bathroom sink in the basement (it was not set up correctly).2 2) Connected the supply lines to my wet bar sink in the basement 3) installed the drain line to the wet bar sink to the basement pump out

Description of Work: Mr. Handyside has worked for us twice. First to help with a faulty sump pump, and getting us some help with bathroom and laundry as well. He installed an attic room external air conditioner. He provided options and found ways to cut our costs. Currently he is helping us with a flooded basement from the huge recent rains. He has pumped out the basement twice. He is repairing the furnace, water heater, water well switch, etc. He has always been very prompt, very helpful, reasonable in the costs, etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The above cost was for the airconditioning. The current fees are pending but I am comfortable by now that the pricing will be reasonable.
