Crystal clean maids are always professional and do nice job cleaning our home. While there rates are a living high. Their staff is thoroughly, which is a comfort to us and worth the cost.

They arrived on time and began work immediately. I stayed in an adjacent office room, out of the way. When the work was complete, they came to me, told me they were finished, left me with information about how to obtain future service, and an updated cost of $200 for future work. The master bath needed major cleaning, especially the floor, due to a rug that had left particles stuck to the floor. They worked hard to totally clean it, and pointed out that they did their best, but it would need a future cleaning to finish. No problem. After they left, I asked my wife to check out the cleaning, and the only problem we found was that stains under the bowl of all three toliets were still there. Since it was all three, I'm assuming it was just missed. Also, there were mold spots around shower entrance that remained. Overall, a good experience. It's a little bit pricy, so I'm not sure we will use the service regularly, but would recommend for the area.

They do a good job and we are pleased.

They were prompt, brought their own supplies and did a good job. When there was a problem, such as not including an area that was initially discussed, they resolved it at the next visit. The price has stayed the same for 3 years and they provide monthly service at this home, however, they are available weekly or on an as needed basis.
