Both servicemen arrived at the scheduled time, and both guys were very friendly and professional. The price was reasonable, and all the work was finished quicker than I expected. They cleaned up so well you'd never even known they were there! Good experience overall.

It's basically one guy that comes out all the time and his name is Chad. He'll do pretty much anything if I say all this doors too because my sliding door fell off and he helped me in putting it up. He is very friendly and charges per the visit. He is very honest and I trust his opinion.

Chad from C and C Plumbing and Electrical was recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad he was! Chad was extremely professional throughout the estimate process. I placed a call to him on Monday, April 9th and left a message asking for him to call me to set an appointment for an estimate. He returned my call later that evening (which I missed) and then followed up again the next day and scheduled an appointment for that Thursday. Chad showed up on time for the appointment and I was immediately set at ease by his very relaxed, yet professional personality. Chad explained each step of the process and provided us with options that other electricians had not mentioned such as the options we had regarding the size of our replacement panel and he also pointed out that our meterbase was in good condition and was already set up for 200 amp service, thus we had the option to leave the one we had already installed or replace it. While ultimately we decided to go with the options that the rest of the electricians had simply listed as what we and quot;neededand quot;, the fact that Chad provided us with various options showed me that he was trustworthy. At the conclusion of the appointment, I had a completed estimate in hand from Chad. After having received several other estimates, I was exceptionally happy with Chad's pricing. His estimate was certainly the best we had received and we felt very comfortable with him as an individual. I called Chad the day after we received the estimate and schedule for him to come out and complete the project. One week later, Chad came out to complete our service upgrade panel replacement. He arrived about 15 minutes early and immediately got to work. He worked diligently, cleanly and never took a break. He was extremely courteous, friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Upon completion of the project, he cleaned up all of his work areas and you would never know that he had been here. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. During the course of his work, we were able to talk with him about some plumbing projects we'd like to complete as well. Chad shared various tips and suggestions on how he would recommend completing the work. Obviously, these questions had nothing to do with the work he was currently completing for us, but Chad was more than willing to answer our questions while he worked. We are so pleased with this experience that we absolutely plan to have Chad provide us estimates on those upcoming projects in the very near future. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone who is looking for electrical or plumbing work of any kind.
