Description of Work: They replaced two sets of front steps and a long walkway as well as a 4x4 area of driveway. From initial contact to job completion it could not have been a better experience. The finished job was outstanding.

Description of Work: I had Baleno replace my public sidewalk, front sidewalk, driveway apron, and porch stairs. True, the price was not the cheapest bid, but the quality of the work and Dominic and his crew's speed and professionalism are worth the extra cost. There was a section I was not happy with and they repaired it within 2 weeks without complaint, even after I had paid in full -- most contractors would have taken the money and ran. | |My porch stairs led to a concrete porch floor (not replaced) which has a stamped tile pattern. They were able to perfectly match that pattern; you can't tell the difference between the old and the new. | |My only complaint was that they didn't always fully communicate to me which days they were going to show up and didn't always return my voicemails. It wasn't a huge problem, and I don't think it was malicious, just a product of the busy summer concrete season probably. | |Overall I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: wanted to get estimate. Given all the A's on Angie's list, I thought he would be great. He sounded like he would provide an estimate and he promised to call. He called once and I could not meet him the next day. He promised to call back at a designated day and time. Never called. Never heard from him again. I was willing to pay for a major job -- replacement of large driveway. Don't see why I need to beg! Pretty frustrating. Found someone else who did an excellent job.

 + 0 moreVery good work overall. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Returned calls promptly. Came and did a fairly large job in an impressively short period of time. Some damage was done during the removal of the old concrete. Our garage door was broken, along with one pane of glass. The damage was repaired within two days of the job being completed. My only real complaint may be that we weren't given detailed instructions about how to care for the new driveway. A written handout would have been appreciated. Also, to pour the driveway, they needed to dig large trenches on the side to build the wooden forms. That's fine, of course, but at the end of the job we were left with these large trenches that became our responsibility to fill in. It would have been great if Baleno could partner with a landscaper to provide this service automatically, and if we had known about this need before the job started.
Description of Work: Removed old shared (and very long) driveway between two homes and poured new one. Also removed old garage floor and sidewalk in front of one home and poured new concrete there. Installed two concrete curbs along driveway.

 + -1 moreEverything was done in one day. Dominic Baleno and his crew were very fast and thorough. They arrived on time with their equipment and worked till everything was completed. They kept me informed on their progress and told me every detail from start to finish. When they were done, everything was cleaned and secured so no one would walk or drive on the driveway or sidewalk for a couple of days. The driveway and sidewalk look great. My neighbors have been complimenting me on the new driveway and ask for Dominic's card. I would recommend his company to anyone.
Description of Work: Removed old asphalt driveway and sidewalk. Removed about 15 inches of dirt to lower driveway. Replaced with concrete driveway. Replaced sidewalk. Also repaired curb.

The work was completed in less than 3 days with minimal hassle to us and our neighbors. We'd certainly use them again for any/all concrete work.
Description of Work: A very large (26' x 12') wall and adjoining stairs were replaced. In addition, a portion of sidewalk was replaced.

 + -1 moreFantastic service! Domenic personally came out to the house to see the space. He helped us understand how to best use the embossed concrete in a cool , decorative way to create a coutyard in our back patio, along with a driveway which could also be used as an entertaining space. Dominic gave us a fair quote (which came in under the competitors) and had good follow up until day of work. The Baleno team was great.... 4 days of work, but with in 1 day the entire space was dug, cleaned and removed. Neighbors praised their work as they were curtious and very professional. The space looks great-I would recommend this team to anyone who wants good , quality work.
Description of Work: 700 sq foot driveway and courtyard. The area was overgrown and neglected for years. A drive way was created with exposed pebbled concrete and original sun dial tiles (these already existed in the current space) were placed into the design. A step was created which leads to a 200 sq foot space that was detailed with embossed( stamped) concrete in a red brick desgn. The entire space can either be used for entertaining or partial functional 2 car driveway.

 + -1 moreDominic and his guys arrived early each morning with the proper tools. They were very professional and experienced no delays or obvious setbacks at all. They far exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a very professional looking porch, walk and steps. My only regret is that I did not have the funds at this time to have them do an additional job I asked them to take a look at. When the time is right, we'll definitely have them back.
Description of Work: Baleno Concrete demolished and hauled away our old concrete porch, approximately 20 ft. of sidewalk and three steps. They then rebuilt the area with hand-finished concrete.

 + 0 moreHonest and ethical business people and very professional cement workers. I received a phone call five days before they scheduled me, they showed up on time and did the work in one day. The work needed to be done was explained in detail when Dominic Baleno showed up to do the estimate. The owner, Dominic, oversees and works at each and every job. His level of detail and expertise is tremendous. I will hire them in the future to redo a block long side walk.
Description of Work: I had an old asphalt driveway- 19' wide x 10' deep. It had to be dug up to five inches, huge rocks removed, rebar put down and cement poured.

 + -1 moreOur experience with Baleno Concrete was nothing less than perfect. I wish all contractors were like him. Not only was he friendly and professional, but more importantly, very prompt and reliable. He called us back, showed up to give us an estimate exactly when he said he would, and then started the work a few weeks earlier than expected. On the day the work was done, the owner, Dominic, was on site with his crew, who were all very courteous and professional. They finished the work quickly. Not only did the new concrete look great, but they also left the area neat and clean, with no left over debris. Dominic was organized, prompt and very professional. We could tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. On top of all of this, his quote was less than another that I had gotten. We were very, very happy with him. If we have any more concrete needs, we will definitely call Dominic first and recommend him to all of our friends.
