+ 1 moreThe representative who did the estimate was knowledgeable and available when we had additional questions. He offered available options at two price points. He was aware of the fact that we were without heat, and gave us a guaranteed date to have heat back on in our home. The technician and his helper arrived on time. He clarified what he was doing and confirmed that this was agreeable to us as he went along. The worksite was left clean and tidy, and the men used tarps throughout the entry area and to the basement steps of our home. They clarified each time they had to leave our home for any additional supplies, notified us approximately when they would return, and left one man working here. The technician took the time to review the operation of the heater and thermostat with me before he left our home and requested a return demostration to make sure I understood. They made the time while they were here to install gas line for our new gas logs which we are ordering. All in all a great experience. We are looking forward to finishing up with the gas logs for an easy care cozy addition to our family room. . They are insured and provided a certificate of insurance and checked with our borough re: requirements in area.
Description of Work: Supplied and installed Evolution 95% efficiency 2 stage variable Bryant gas heating and 2 stage high efficiency air conditioning units, along with UV light (Guardian system0 in ductwork, and Evolution companion digital programmable thermostat. Disposed of old heating and air conditioning units. Serviced existing Aprilaire humidifier.

+ -1 moreGreat work and terrific price! They were not the lowest bid we received, but they were among the lowest. Work was done quickly and with good quality. Key is they offer 5 year warranty on parts and labor when everyone else offers 1 year labor and manufacturer's warranty on parts.
Description of Work: Switch oil heat to gas. Replace existing boiler with new modulating condensing boiler. Install radiant floor heating. Install high velocity air conditioning.

They also seem to care about their customers. If you combine those things with their fair prices, you are looking at one company if you ask me. I am a satisfied customer that has no bad things to say about H and H.
Description of Work: H & H installed the subzero unit at my 2000 square foot home. This unit is pretty large in my best opinion.
