They were very professional, prompt and neat. They all wore booties and cleaned everything up. Even though they'd predicted 2 days for installation it was actually done in just 1 day. They even have some good financing available.

Technician was pleasant, on time, completed inspection and done in an orderly fashion.

Mr. Pan of H & H HVAC came to our home to give us a complete heater check up. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very polite as well - that's really important to me. Most importantly, he was honest in his assessment which is what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend H & H HVAC if you need a new heater or central air because from start to finish this is a professionally run company. They also have a policy that all their service people will call you about 30 minutes ahead of time just to confirm they will be there at the agreed upon time. As someone who does not have a lot of spare time to wait, I really appreciated that!

Living in an old house and bringing it up to date is expensive and labor intensive. The quote for a modular system was out of my budget and too many pieces. Traditional air requires a lot of duct work requiring another contractor to cover ducts. I will have to think about my options.

Everyone was professional and fair including and most importantly the installers Mo and Matt G., the first person to look at the job Jeremy, the estimator Matt H., the installation supervisor Ibraham, Kevin who finished the job, and Megan the receptionist. We even had a little bump in the road where H&H could have fixed it inexpensively or the right way and they quickly chose the latter. We highly recommend H&H.

They're very good. We have a contract. The price is a little on the high side for the contract. We've used them for years. They are very thorough, and they point out things like '' You have a mouse in the basement'' so we got someone. I would absolutely use them again.

My air conditioner that cooled the main floor of my house died just as we were heading into a long heat wave. I had researched ductless central air conditioning and I planned on getting an estimate in the fall. Unfortunately, my air conditioner had different plans! I placed an emergency call to H & H Heating & Air Conditioning after reading so many positive online reviews. Everyone at H & H Heating & Air Conditioning was friendly and well versed about their products. From Erica taking my initial phone call and scheduling an appointment the next afternoon, to Kevin for coming out and evaluating what system would be the best for my house. He assured me that I would love how cool my house would be with central air conditioning - and he wasn't selling me a line - IT FEELS AWESOME IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE! My installation techs were Mike & Charles. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and treated my house with respect. They kept me informed as to the progress they were making on the installation. I think the most beautiful phrase ever was 'Your central air is installed - let me show you how to use it'. They walked me through every aspect of how to use the unit as well as how to care for it to make it last for years and years. I would highly recommend H & H Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs heating or cooling work on their house. They definitely earned the 5-star rating!

H&H came out on time properly diagnosed my issue in a timely manner and repaired the problem. Now the a/c is back up and running great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The men were very careful about keeping my house clean and they were very respectful about arriving on time. I received a follow up phone call to make sure everything was going well. They had someone come out to check our old AC and Heat system for a price estimate. Very professional and punctual. The technician, Kevin, was very knowledgeable. Based on the excellent service experience, we will be using them again.

I called H & H because my water heater ruptured and I had hot water and steam coming out of it creating a sauna in my basement. H & H responded within 2 hours of making the call and had my water and gas turned off to stop the leak. Their timely service was truly a blessing! They also took time to make sure my furnace wasn?t damaged due to the water and steam. This isn?t the first time I had H & H do service for me. They have installed two heating and air conditioning systems, one in my first house and another in this house. I recommend them to my father, who lives in Bear De., He called them for a heating and air conditioner cleaning and tune up. They arrived the day after he called them. He called and told me that their service was extremely professional, he was very pleased that they used ?booties? to cover their work boots, so that dirt is not tracked on the carpets. I also recommended them to my neighbor. H&H installed a central air conditioning unit. My neighbor was very happy with the service she received. They have always been very prompt and professional. It is great to know you can count on them when unexpected problems occur.

Upon arrival, even before entering our house the technician placed protective covering on his shoes to ensure that they would not make a mess while repairing our unit. After describing our issue with our unit to the technician he immediately said that the issue was most likely with our fan motor (this had been misdiagnosed by another company who stated there was issues with our vents). The technician then looked at the unit and verified that this was indeed the issue. The technician then ordered the part and completed the repair before the end of the day. With three small children our basement/playroom can become somewhat and quot;clutteredand quot;, while conducting the repair the technician moved a few items and also placed them exactly where they were before the repair. Customer service and professionalism are truly a dying art form, not at H and H. My wife and I were so impressed we have signed up for a service plan with H and H to perform preventive maintenance to ensure that we will not run into these issues in the future.
