Description of Work: H&H Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was hired by & through my builder in Spring/2008 for comprehensive renovations to our home. From our occupancy of the home on 1/1/2009, the HVAC systems in the home have never worked properly for a multitude of reasons including, but not limited to, significant leaks in the duct work behind many of the walls. This has been confirmed by multiple contractors, two(2) Independent Air Balancers as well as two (2) Engineers sent on behalf of Bryant Corporation customer relations. In short, my home is filled with humidity in the summer and bone dry in the winter creating an unhealthy living environment which has caused health issues for me and my family. Additionally, we are unable to properly regulate temperature (especially cooling) in the home at any time during the year as they assured us we would be able to. | |Neither H&H or the builder will assume responsibility for these severe & significant issues and we have been in litigation with H&H & the builder since 2010. The matter is working its way through the Court system. It should also be noted that H&H was fully paid for their work by the builder. | |I would very strongly NOT recommend utilizing the services of this company. |
