+ -1 moreIt was supposed to be completed by September 1, 2013. All we have now is a poor quality, concrete footing, and a huge mess in the back yard. He has over $35,000 of our money. A lawsuit is imminent due to the non responsiveness. Business practices that do not adhere to those established under the PA Homeowners Protection Act. This review is meant to assist anyone considering anyone using Whitetail. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: They were supposed to design and build a two story addition.

Description of Work: When we built our house the original HVAC contractor undersized the AC and furnace. Whitetail came in and did an analysis of the entire house, installed the correct size furnace and installed the correct size duct work. We have propane and were going through 3 (1000 gallon) tanks per year. It is amazing that once done right we are now under 1 tank per year. We should have had them do this along time ago. We will recoup our cost in 2 years! They also handmade the duct work right up from the furnace. You don't find many trades that can custom make their parts anymore.

+ 1 moreOwner of Whitetail was very professional and the crew was extremely polite. Whitetail was in the middle price wise but had a good reputation, came recommended and we felt gave us the most knowledge. Job went very smooth once Whitetail got here. They were delayed from another job but was understandably out of their control. We had a great experience and they did a beautiful job! Thank you Whitetail and crew we will definitely keep you in mind for our next home improvement!
