handyman service, replacement windows
+ 0 moreHe is late and does not finish on time. He promised to refund some of my money, but still has not. He promised me day and night that he would finish the work but will not. He will take your money, but will not finish the work. He insulted and made sexual innuendos towards my neighbors. I went and paid for the supplies which I was never paid back for.
Description of Work: I had contracted him to install new windows, install new gutter work, fix the chimney, and take down two cable systems from roof and porch. He only did about two thirds of this work however.
