 + -1 moreNo one answers the phone. She was late to come and do an inspection to provide me with a quote. Appointment was for 9:00 AM, she never arrived until 9:15AM. Never provided me with a business card, any litiature related to Allied Vans or the process for the move. Stated I would get the quote on Friday or Monday the 6th of October at the latest. Never received the quote. Have called there over 20 times only once did someone actually answer the phone. Asked for quote and was told that she would let Kathy know. I still Haven't heard from anyone from this company. I can't believe this place is even in business. I will be calling Allied Corporate to report them. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I wish there was a grade lower than F to give.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come to my apartment to give me a quote and never showed up and no one answered the phone, I had even taken the day off work to ensure I could be there. The next day I got a phone call stating that their power had gone out and they didn't have access to the computer or phone. I found that entirely disheartening because I would think they would have next day appointments written out or in a backup somewhere to avoid this kind of situation. I could not help but think what would happen on the day of my move if the situation repeated itself.

 + -1 moreOverall great experience. The guys workedso hard and fast it restored my faith in humanity. They were done in 2 hours with the complete load and unload. They were late though but it was a Saturday morning and they did schedule my move with less than 48 hour notice.
Description of Work: Move from my 3rd floor apt to my new house.
