+ -1 moreRealator, Paul Kitchen, is a very personable man but We set our price high and he didn't try to convince us to consider lowering it. We had no feedback and received no copy of the contracts. Nor did he answer all our phone calls. We bugged him for signs to place on the property and he eventually brought them. Since it had been years that we dealt with a Realator, we expected more than a lackluster performance. We concluded that he is just too busy to stay in touch, so if we list it again we will try to find a more hands-on representative.
Description of Work: listed our home and vacant lot for four months.
