Bill was professional, respectful and a wonderful person. We needed a new line fished into the basement amwhich wasn't an easy task, but Bill was able to efficiently and effectively get the job done. He was nothing short of wonderful. Would definitely recommend him and his company over and over again. I know if I need anything else done I will be sure to use him. Great price, was here the day after we called and left us happy customers. He was great with us especially since we have a puppy who just loves to follow people around and get in their space while they work. If you need an electrician is recommend them!

Due to a terrible experience with a previous electrician called to have a light fixed. Called me back quickly and was easy to speak with and seemed knowledgeable about the problem. Arrived early, didn't leave a mess and provided good communication. Even showed me a detailed estimate of cost for the work completed. Pretty painless experience and felt confident in their work.

Contracted Reigel Electrical Service to update electric service for a house we were flipping. The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Reigel was willing to work with us and around a basement wall that needed to be torn down and rebuilt. The owner, Bill, was not happy with some of the work one of his electricians did so he came out and re-wired what he didn't like. This was not a safety hazard or fire hazard, he just didn't like they way it looked so he rewired at no cost. Great experience, very punctual, and more the willing to work us and our needs.

Excellent service. Bill knew immediately exactly what the issue was, then proactively identified and quickly fixed a couple additional issues we were not even aware of. Very professional and efficient. This is the second time we have used Reigel Electrical and they would definitely be our first call in the future. The first repair was in Fall 2012 when we had to call them in after a different electrician had failed to resolve a wiring issue. They quickly diagnosed the issue and then solved it. No issues since. The electrician installer was very corteous, when he arrived early for his scheduled appointment we did not hear the door bell ring and when we did not answer the door, rather than leaving, he went out to his truck and called us on the phone to let us know he had arrived. He removed his work boots while working in the carpet areas of our home and cleaned up any debris created during the installation. The work completed in a timely manner and the cost was very fair. I have used this service and have always been pleased with their expertise and attention to detail. They only charge for work that needs to be done and if they feel that something is not needed they explain things to assure me that electrically things are correct and safe for me and my family. I trust thier work and highly recommend them.

This was a very complex job to hang 24 lights at the exact same height on a slanted ceiling. The workers were very efficient and enjoyed the project. You can tell they take a great amount of pride in their work. Would use again without hesitation.

The service visit was outstanding. Bill replaced the outlet but that did not fix the problem so he had to trace the whole circuit to try and figure out what was happening. He showed tenacity, ingenuity and an excellent knowledge of his craft in tracing things down which involved going all over the house. A++ service all around.

Finished electricity on after another contractor started a project (adding a bathroom), electricity as turned off in the garage, kitchen and new bedroom. He was responsible, returned calls, kept in touch and visited project site.

They called me within 24 hours of my request for service. My appointment was scheduled when it was most convenient for me. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Great! They have been out on several projects and each time I have been a happy camper. If any issues came up along the way it was more because of the unique setup of my house (some electricians shy away), but Bill accepted the challenge and I know I can count on him.

Reigel Electric was recommended by Bert's Handyman Service/Bert Copple. I needed several small jobs done in my house in preparation for it to be sold. Three outlets needed to be converted to GFI, worn switches needed to be replaced and a lighting fixture installed in the bathroom. Bill, the owner of the company came out just before Christmas to estimate for work to commence in January. I was to pick out the bathroom fixture. I needed to find a bathroom fixture that would have its own switch, since we did not want to go to the expense of fishing wires down through the wall by removing the bathroom cabinet. The switch work all went smoothly. But as it turned out, the lighting fixture that I chose did not have a switch. What I thought was a switch was the bolt that would hold the fixture to the wall. Bill said he would find a fixture for me, so I gave him a budget of what I wanted to pay for the fixture. Well, no fixture like we wanted could be found. So, the fixture that I had originally chosen was installed, wires fished down through the wall by removing the bathroom medicine cabinet, and a new wall switch at no extra cost onto my estimate! During the time of the original estimate and when the work was started another wall switch failed, and he threw that into the contract as well. John, who did the work, could not have been nicer to have in my house. He was one of the kindest people I have met in a long time. He helped clean snow off the car, offered to carry a basket up the basement stairs for me...it was like having a brother in my house! (John, if something really unusual happens and we cannot take Hugo to Indiana, he is yours.) I have been extremely happy both with Bert's Handyman/Bert Copple, and Reigel Electric. I wish I could take you both to IN to work on my house there.

The new fan is working fine. I supplied the fan myself. They charged me initially $115 for the diagnosis and then $100 for the installation. Mr. Reigel refunded $55 on the total bill. He said since they couldn't fix the original problem he would give me a discount on the final bill.

It went very well. First was the estimate - Bill, the owner, spent a lot of time with us. We had drawings ready for him to help him give us a quote. He took great notes as we went through the whole house. He gave us some hints on how things should be done to make sure the house is up to code,he suggested that getting the house up to code is more for our safety. We decided to meet the code after some research. The price was around what we expected. It was a little higher that the other quote that we received but Bill made us feel that he had actually listened to what we wanted and would carry through with our wishes. The crew showed up everyday at the time they told us they would be there. The guys were very courteous, polite and neat they were very willing to answer any of our questions. Since they had to turn the off the Air-conditioning, they did that first and quickly so that we would not be uncomfortable during the summer heat. We were home while most of the time the work was being done. We did this because we were sure that there would be unexpected issues with old wiring and wanted to make sure we were able to address any issues while they were working. There were only two issues that they needed out input (breaker horizontal wall where wiring had to be replaces - had to put a hole in the wall to actually do the wiring - we requested that the do this). The work was completed in the time frame that was estimated. We were told it would take 4 - 6 days. It was 5 1/2 days. This was due to the couple of complications. We are so pleased with the work and the attention to detail that Reigel Electric gave to this job. The owner Bill is the best. I would use him again and we have recommended him to our whole family. He will now be the family electrician of choice.

Mr. Reigel came to my house to see what I wanted done; he checked it out and gave me a price for it to be done; he said his worker would come in a few days and complete the work. A few days later, his employee came and started the work and then Mr. Reigel came and assisted. It turned out to be quite a bit longer than he thought but he was willing to stick to the price he quoted. I was pleased with the work and I felt very comfortable in both of their presence.

Placed a service call at 1230pm by 130pm had a electrician (John) on site working the problem and by 330pm repairs were completed. John was very friendly and professional which is hard to find these days. Will not hesitate to call for electrical work in the future from Reigel and will recommend to coworkers, friends and family!

We have a late 1800's farm house and the electric in it was very dated. The walls are lathe and plaster and difficult to run wires through. Bill Reigel came out and gave us an estimate and start dates which were comparative to others. I especially liked that he took his time to really look at everything and write down exactly what he and his crew would do. I accepted his contract and work was done as promised. I made several changes as the work was being done and his crew was more than willing to accomodate me. I was also very pleased with the fact that they made every effort to run the new electric with as little damage to existing walls and ceilings as possible. Mr. Reigel was very accessible during the whole process to answer questions, make changes and keep me informed as to progress. Nice to know the electric in the house is now safe!

I called the company and the owner came out to look at what was needed. Over a period of a few days, they tried a few things first before having the replace the entire fixture. I appreciated the attempts to do the less expensive items first to see if it would fix the issue before assuming the entire thing needed replaced. They had to order the fixture and scheduled a time to replace it. It then worked fine and has been working fine ever since. They were always very prompt and courteous with their communication as well.

They went above and beyond on the job. They are the exactly the kind of people that you want to come to your house. They did the work fast, were incredibly respectful, and extremely professional. They seem very well managed as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

He is very easy to work with and he is very thorough on what he is doing. He seems to know his business very well. He is very professional. He worked with me as far as like scheduling the hours that he is going to work for me is concerned and so forth. He is just a really nice guy all around. I would rate him highly and would definitely use him again in the future; in fact, I have already discussed using him in the future when I plan on rewiring the rest of the house.
